It was true.
The female Alpha was the omega, Denise.
Denise was actually Bernice.
She wore an Alpha uniform, and her aura appeared different. Stronger, confident, and brave. But it was clearly the face of the omega she had come to know and love so dearly.
Jessie had been deceived; she had been lied to.
There was an ache in her chest as she swallowed down a cry. Her lip started to quiver and she blinked away the tears that had formed in her eyes.
She couldn’t believe the one she thought was her friend, had been lying to her. Even her own brother had been lying to her. It was clear in this picture that everything said has been a lie.
