I walk back into my room after putting Mackenzie to sleep. She was in a lot of pain from losing Miles, I can feel it… but if I'm being honest, I am the happiest man alive right now.
I enter my room and close the door behind me, walking in and staring at the floor as I smile to myself before fist pumping the air.
"f**k yes..." I say to myself, failing to hide the smile on my face.
