CONNING A CON

Little did i know that all i was plotting was already known. I sat patiently and so confident at the airport. i was holding it firmly in my hand. I knew it was my moment to shine and every vein in me told me the same.

The place was so crowded that my target was clearly out of sight, but it didn't bother me at all since i knew where to look. After a while she appeared dragging her four by three suitcase. I could see she was so excited to visit her grandmom for her birthday. The woman was turning a century and she barely knew. She was now suffering from memory loss. But still Kate was willing to go and make all necessary arrangements for her grandmother's party. Her parents ,two doctors were en-route to Dubai for the opening of their surgery.

Kate reached the checkpoint. She was all smiling, so excited. But all of a sudden her face changed, she looked worried. She threw her suitcase to the floor and almost emptied all the contains of her suitcase to the floor. She had just realized that she didn't have her passport on her. And i was holding it right in my palm . I could see the security team shaking their heads in disgust. That's when i knew it was my time to shine!
