A nightmare that was!
Ensure the cat burps? Are you kidding? What's my mind up to?
My phone vibrates as loud as it can!
Morning love :)
Even that emoji looks creepy! I stabbed the block icon and there he goes, blocked!
Don't know why I didn't do it yesterday.
I pretty much liked the taste of the toothpaste I use and hence I love brushing.
When I was small, my mum had found out I used to eat toothpaste.
That was my favourite breakfast.
It took me quite a few years to realize that it was called toothpaste for a reason and people don't generally eat it.
My heart dropped to my stomach when I heard him. I'm sure it's him! I rinsed my mouth and dashed out of the room.
Remind me to sue him for making me drop my brush, which had the tastiest toothpaste on it!
I know I look like a mess right now, but I know that he's going to mess up my life!
"..my sister after all" he finished, all the eyes in the room landed straight at me.
Adrian!
"You look.. rather.. sleepy" he managed, making me scowl.
If he has told anything about me signing that wretched contract, he can consider himself a goner.
He smiled rather sweetly as he walked to me. Only I could see straight through that damn smile!
He's about to create a scene. I just know! Let's hope I'm wrong.
I bet my eyes popped out like how it did with Tom. Tom and Jerry remember?
And why did my eyes pop you may ask.
He kissed me! In front of Dylan!!
I'm not the type that hides but this was a whole new level!
Lucky enough he kissed my cheek. "Packed your bags sweet heart?" he asked, smirking.
I shook my head, warning him.
He better not do this now!
"What?" Dylan and Tori half screamed.
Thanks a lot buddy!
He looked at them for a minute feigning confusion and looked back to me, there the smirk is!
"You didn't tell them?"
He is dead! Mark my words! Dead!
"Don't you dare" I hissed, only for him to hear.
He winked. I looked at him, pleading with my eyes. Anything! Just don't tell them.
"She's an intern at my company."
Thank you lord!
"You didn't tell me you.. Internship, in his company, really?" Dylan's look was enough to make me want to crawl under my bed.
"Y..Yeah. I just thought it'd be nice, for a change" I closed one eye.
Let him buy that.
"I want the truth" he shook his head.
He didn't!
"I suggested it, to be honest" Tori smiled, looking at me.
She is an angel I tell you. An angel!
As Dylan looked at her, Adrian pecked my cheek swiftly, pretending nothing happened afterwards.
Tori's eyes went wide as she saw the affection her brother was bestowing upon me. He is so going to regret it!
She did an excellent job at hiding the smirk.
I took the chance while Dylan and Tori were in deep conversation.
I put my foot on his, as hard as I could, making him groan. He wasn't expecting that! Serves him right.
They looked at Adrian and he shook his head. "Are you guys done? I'm running late."
Cover up, not bad.
"Pack your bags" he said again, looking irritated. Was he still acting, or was he serious?
"She is going nowhere" Dylan walked across the couch and came closer to where Adrian was standing.
Not good. I don't like the feeling that is surging through me.
"She is her own person" Adrian glared at him, the glare that'd melt the ice caps.
"Stop it you two" Tori groaned softly, pulling Dylan back.
"Just because he's your brother, doesn't mean I'll entertain this behaviour of his" spat Dylan.
Adrian's face got red and he balled his hands, introducing me to fear.
Tori looked taken aback. "That's not what.." she shook her head. "Go. To. Hell" she hissed.
"Both of you. I'm tired of watching you fight. Go ahead and rip each others arms off. None of you shall see me henceforth" she walked up the stairs.
"Tori" Dylan groaned, walking after her, not before shooting daggers through his eyes at Adrian.
Adrian looked beyond angry. He might even murder someone for all I know.
He dashed into my room, swinging the door open. Why does this happen?
I chased after him. In a minute all my dresses were thrown onto the bed, I didn't dare stop him. "Suitcase" he looked at me.
I rested my head on the back of his shoulder and my arms were wrapped around his torso. His breathing seemed to change slowly and I loved the affect I had on him.
"Though you don't look bad when your face is as red as a tomato, I prefer it when you're normal" I smiled in relief as I heard him chuckle.
He cleared his throat, gently turning around in my arms. "I'm waiting outside" he said and I nodded. "Should I talk to Dylan?" he asked.
"Oh you've done enough already, thank you" I laughed and he shook his head smiling. He walked out, making me breathe a sigh.
My life couldn't get more complicated I tell you. My brother and the person I love are after each others necks. Well, I totally know how Tori feels.
I looked at the pile of clothes on my bed. Well, I've got to start packing. But before that, I've got convincing to do.
Let's hope we don't have to get to the part where I have explaining to do.
I knocked on the door, hoping they'd lower their voices down as I entered. Dylan was not at all happy with me and he didn't hide it.
"Hey" I started awkwardly.
"What are you up to?" he fumed.
"I just thought having some experience would be great and.."
"His company? Couldn't you have asked me once. I'd have given you an opportunity in my company!" his voice was low.
Ego? Competition?
"Dylan, we just talked about it" Tori stood up. He nodded, somewhat gruffly.
"And where do you think you are you going? With him? An intern that you are!" he clearly couldn't hide his anger.
"I.."
What should I say? I don't even know what I'm doing or where I'm going.
"Don't know" I answered honestly. That was the best. I always mess up things when I make up stories.
"Wait outside" Adrian came in, pointing to Tori and me. I hesitated but looking at Tori confidently going out, I
did too.
I looked at Adrian one last time before I left, hoping he wouldn't mess things up.
"Tori" I looked at her after two full minutes, my voice squeaky.
"You and Adrian?" she smirked.
"Har har! Your brother isn't that great you know."
"You still seem to like him. A lot. He does too, doesn't he?"
"Nopp."
"It's just really exciting that you guys are.."
"Nothing! We are not doing anything" I chuckled, shaking my head.
"Moving in together" she finished anyway.
"Shouldn't they have been out by now?" I looked at the shut door.
"Wanna check?" I asked, when she didn't reply
I tiptoed to the door.
I then turned back to look at her, why on earth wasn't she replying. Don't tell me she abandoned me! She is.. grinning?
And she looks wicked, totally wicked. With a tinge of the 'Tori' teasing look. Something is definitely up and she isn't telling me!
I rose a brow, regretted after I heard her. Don't I always?
"You and Adrian sitting on a tree"
"Oh hell no" I groaned, shutting my ears tight and shaking my head.
"K I S S I N G" she screamed, tugging at my hands.
I opened my eyes to see two men, quizzically staring at us.
Okay, awkward!
"Who is kissing who?" Dylan rose a brow.
