“So you are adopted ?”, Dre asked Xeon in surprise as we all retired to Kyler and Xeon’s game room.
“Yes. I never saw my parents. They were killed by Xereus’ father. The Luna almost lost her life when she heard this news after giving birth to Kyler. It is said that she was a far greater friend of the Beta couple than Alpha Arrow or anyone else in the pack ! She went into shock and when the Alpha reasoned out with her that they had a duty towards their friends by raising me up- I was just a few days old, then only did the Luna fight back for her life. Kyler has been a brother to me since then and I could never ask for a more loving family”, he explained and gratefully looked at Kyler who nodded back at him and patted his back.
