Vance leans over and whispers in Thea’s ear.
"I will drive and you can sit up front with me"
Vance is actually appreciative of the beta couple accompanying them now. He can feel Thea’s disgust toward Indi which is starting to match his own. The fact that she fell back to walk next to him instead of next to Blake is also a good sign. Is she starting to have some sort of reliance on him? Maybe he needs to spur some more conflict between the two.
Of course, he has no idea how to do that. He assumes that Indi will do it without any instigation from him.
