Thea pats Sam's head to indicate that she is done. He moves his big body and starts to lead her towards the pack house. Thea nods and smiles at the curious gazes that surround her. Her confidence never wavers, even though she feels slightly intimidated by the whole thing. If Blake was here to explain the situation and explain that she is not some strange ladder climber, that they are just friends. She would feel better at the moment. She just feels very misunderstood, but maybe she is reading too much into the curious glances.
Thea sticks close to Sam. In most circumstances, she would not be nervous at all, but she isn't here in an official capacity. She is here on a slight bit of a lie, looking way too casual for the seriousness of the matter.
