Grayson slid his skates over his shoulder waiting while Ari tied the laces of her skates together. They had spent most of the morning skating together and into the afternoon, having lost track of time. He reached for her skates, once she was finished. “Here. I’ll carry them for you.” Ari shook her head. “No. I have it.” “Just be careful with the blades.” Grayson smiled. “You don’t want to get stabbed in the back.” “Nope. I sure don’t.
