Nicholas’s eyes bulged as he looked at Althea and then at the tray placed in front of him. “What?” he asked in sheer confusion, as he walked towards the service trolley and Althea began lifting the metal lids off the dishes that she had prepared. Once again, she had won multiple points on presentation. The way each and every plate looked unique, filled with bursting colors yet each plate having a separate monotony of its own. The first plate of the appetizers were cubical cut small pieces of turkey sandwiches that were each held together and made in to small bites by piercing long toothpicks in between them, making the dish creative and a simple appeaser.
