We have come up with a plan. As a team, we would head up to the waterfall and allow Ryder to go forward first. He is going to try and get Rayne to back off. If that fails, we will have someone in the bushes ready to dose her. If we can't get through to her, we will have to lock her down until we can.
For over an hour, we were at the waterfalls watching Rayne. She was sitting in a trance on the ruins of the Moon Goddess statue. Once everyone was in place, we had Ryder walk out towards Rayne.
He intentionally stepped on a stick to get her attention without startling her.
