Sarah rolled over and opened her eyes. The room was dark except for a small bit of sunlight that crept through the curtains. Nick had left to get the kids to go to sleep but his large body was stretched out next to her. Damn, she must’ve fallen asleep waiting for him. She bit her lip to keep from laughing at how pissed he must’ve been when he’d found her sleeping. Pissed and horny. Her eyes roamed over his back—all that smooth, warm skin just waiting for her hands. The house was still quiet. They had time before the kids woke. She leaned up, resting her head on one of her hands while the other one skimmed across his back. “Hey, you awake?” She leaned closer and kissed his shoulder.
