The elevator door closed on Lady Astrid screeching at me. I panted while Boreas continued to growl in my head. He was ready to tear the vampire apart. ‘Calm down, Bori.’ I said to him.
‘You better call Daisy. She most likely felt that kiss,’ He told me, and I felt myself pale.
My poor Daisy. I wished the elevator moved faster. I needed to call Daisy to explain to her what had happened. The elevator finally reached the top floor, and I ran to my room. I picked up my phone that was already ringing. I answered it and immediately heard Cassius roaring in the background.
“I am going to kill that f*****g imp,” He screamed.
“Daisy?” I said as I heard her sobbing. “Daisy, baby,” I pleaded with her.
