CHAPTER SEVEN When I pulled into the Eagle Lake parking lot Saturday, Drew’s van was already there. He was out of the van, in a chair I hadn’t seen before. Made me wonder just how many chairs he had. This one looked special, though, I have to say. Instead of arm rests, it had long handles with bright blue casings. The back wheels were large, and they had what looked like mountain bike tires on them. The spokes were the same bright blue as the handle casings, giving the whole thing a very cool, racy look. There was only one front wheel, small, extended fairly far out in front of the seat. Drew himself looked ready for anything in khaki slacks, a red windbreaker, and a navy cap.
