It had been three weeks since that dinner date. Three weeks since she had told me that she loved me. God I remember the day. We had been talking at dinner and I had out of the blue come out and said the very words out loud to my buddies that I loved her. I wasn't expecting a response from her and to tell the truth she looked very shell shocked when I did. I couldn't quite make heads or tails of what she was thinking about because all she was doing was staring at me after that at dinner.
