Alpha Luther's POV I stormed out of Rowena's room, my hand dripping with blood, but the pain never registered. I couldn’t feel it. There was no room for pain, not when my mind was consumed with a more pressing concern. Someone had been eavesdropping. Someone had stood right outside Rowena’s chambers, listening to our conversation. The thought gnawed at me as I made my way back to my chambers to figure out who was eavesdropping.
