When Eric and I were informed by the police that Quinton was going to be released from jail, it gave me an instant feeling of fear and unease.
The thought of Quinton being out of prison and free to roam around again sent shivers down my spine. Despite knowing that the police had done everything in their power to keep Quinton behind bars, I couldn't shake off the feeling of dread that came with the news of his release.
I had already received threats from Quinton before he was arrested, and even when he was locked up, I continued to receive them. So, the thought of him being out in the open again made me feel extremely vulnerable and scared for my safety.
