Chapter Five: Different Brides—Different Vibes TATIANA The girls decided to join me while I worked on Tink’s and Constance’s wedding attire while the boys headed back to Crescent Moon and Horacio went back to Spirit Walker to wrap up a few things before heading back there himself. While Tink was excited about the news of Jade’s brother, also offering her services to show her the ropes of sibling torment—much to Jade’s humored glee—she was nervous about the girls seeing the outfit we created for her special day. Up until now, Tink refused to have anyone present, but I was able to subtly convince her that a few opinions may be helpful as we put the finishing touches on. Constance had already changed into her beautiful long, fitted A-line gown with a plunging v-neck that showed off every soft, stunning curve of her bosom and tall, thin frame. Wide sheer shoulder cap straps laid delicately on her shoulders, covered in delicate beaded lace and sequins, extending down the whole bodice and strategically flowing down the skirt and shorter court train of tulle. My favorite feature was the back of the dress, which too held a plunge down to the thick satin laces that extended down to just past her hips. The stunning dress left no doubt that my beloved daughter-in-law was indeed the spitting image of the Moon Goddess herself—and I knew my son was going to love it. All the girls were gushing about that very thing as they reflected the awe of Constance’s perfect wedding look. Tink’s head poked out of the bathroom then, anxious as she blurted out, “Okay, I’m totally convinced this is a bad idea now! You guys like all that frilly stuff, not my Tink style. Why don’t we just wait until my wedding day for the reveal? Besides, my hair is in a messy bun on top of my head—I look stupid without the hairdo we have planned, Auntie.” Shaking my head, I walked over to my sweet girl while the rest of the girls continued to urge her out, smiling at her as I affectionately stated, “Close your eyes and brace yourself for a little blow out, my darling.” "I don’t know about this, Auntie—Constance looks so pretty and elegant, like she always does,” Tink self-consciously pleaded, “I’m just going to look—” “Beautiful and unique, like you always do,” I emphatically interrupted, “The perfect wedding outfit that represents a style close to my heart—your Tink-style—which they too will love, I promise you.” Closing her eyes, Tink heavily exhaled out, “Alright, let’s get this over with.” Twirling my fingers around, a gust of wind blew across her face and through her hair, which was now down and curled with two thick braids on either side, pulling the blonde strands away from her face. After Tink opened her eyes again, I took her hand in mine and slowly brought her out into the room. I had created her look based on her favorite Tink-style, an off-white long satin corseted jacket with six shimmering thin belted buckles down the front that held a slight hint of difference in the white, the rounded front stopping mid-thigh. The longer back was where most of her lace had been placed—as well as a little on the ends of her sleeves—thick lace sewn in along the end seam of back that cascaded down to a sharp v in the middle, hitting just past the back of her knees. I had also incorporated the appearance of a laced up back with thick, off-white satiny ribbon also forming a V-shape from Tink’s shoulders to below her hips, with the long strands of beautiful ribbon hanging down that also gave off the slightest hint of sparkle. Tink was surprised that she liked what I did for her pants, making them simple off-white satin and wide-legged so it would give her the appearance of a dress when she stood in front of Beast, yet done her way—a comfortable pair of slacks—complete with an elastic waistband, since the jacket covered the top of them. Everything perfectly reflecting her own Tink-style. “Oh, Tink! You look beautiful!” Charlotte exclaimed in awe, hurrying over to circle around her sister with an ecstatic smile, “Why were you so worried? I’ve never seen anything look more perfect on you! Auntie, you are a master designer and seamstress! I love it!” “I love it too, Tink,” Madeline adoringly assured her, “One of a kind and special—you look so pretty!” “You do look lovely, Tink,” Luminara admiringly told her, “I can already see Beast’s sweet smile lighting up the moment he sees you.” “That jacket is awesome, Tink!” Remi breathed out in amazement as she and Jade rushed over to walk around her, “Like Madeline said, one of a kind! The ruffles and ribbons on the back are so fun and different. It’s all so—you! I wish I could pull that off!” “You mean it?” Tink sheepishly asked, nervously looking around the room, “You guys really like it? And you think it will make my big guy happy?” “Oh, Beast is going to go crazy when he sees you! And I don’t just like it, I love it!” Jade enthused, “Makes me a little jealous of your one-of-a-kind Tink-style, truthfully. I think Auntie should make you one of these in like a red velvet or something for special occasions. You could wear it with those nice dark jeans of yours.” “Oh! I like that idea, Jade!” I breathed out in contemplative delight, “What do you think, Tink?” “I think I love you guys—a lot,” Tink thoughtfully stated, flashing everyone the sweetest smile, “Thanks for making me feel—you know—pretty. And thanks for the idea for a new project for Auntie, Jade. I really do love this jacket. I just wasn’t sure what everyone else would think.” “I think I’ve never seen so much of our mother’s beauty in you as I do right now,” Constance tearfully stated, “I absolutely love your wedding look, Tink. You look stunning!” I beamed at my sweet girl as she reflected the same joy and excitement in the smile that extended across her face, “You really think I look like Mom?” Laughing softly, she affectionately added, “I do—my only concern is that Beast is never going to want you to take that off, so it’s probably a good idea for Auntie to make you a red velvet one!” Everyone else was bestowing Tink with their awed reactions as my green doors slowly opened to reveal an accessory that would make her look truly perfect—and provide a lovely surprise for my gentle giant. My smile widening as I looked up and gave a quick nod in acknowledgement and appreciation to the beautiful soul that sent me the message, wanting to add her own special touch—Beast’s mother, Larissa... ************** LORELEI Although antsy, I was glad when Gavin linked saying he had finished for the day and was headed to our room. I could definitely use some of the stress relief that only he can provide. Laying sideways with my head in my hand, propped up on my elbow in the middle of our bed, I was fresh out of the shower, wearing only a towel. Anxiously pulling my hair over to the side, I waited—but during my wait, my thoughts started getting the best of me again, making me incredibly nervous... Jade and Remi had been linked several times telling me all that happened at Mystic Fire today. From the sounds of it, I missed an eventful day—Jade finding out that she had a brother, which stunned me to my core, Zayden becoming a member of Auntie’s army, and the news of Tink’s and Constance’s pretty dresses Auntie had made—all of which made me feel bad that I decided not to go with everyone, but there was something I had been thinking about for a while--something I wanted to do more... Thankfully, Gavin came in then, pulling me from my thoughts as I flashed him a bright smile, which was returned as he quickly shut the door, whistling under his breath before amorously drawling out, “So glad I finished early—HELLO, my sexy minx!” “Hello, Loverboy!” I seductively breathed out, “I’m glad you finished early too—I’ve missed you today.” Taking off his royal blue shirt, I couldn’t stop my eyes from dropping down to the gorgeous lines of his bare chest, every muscle perfect as Gavin balled it up and tossed it on the floor by our bed, reluctantly asking, “Not that I want to ruin this moment, but have you talked with Jade?” As he climbed up onto the bed, I told him I knew about Jade’s brother and the other many events that occurred at Mystic Fire today as I placed my hand on the back of his neck, urging him to hover above me as I laid down, pulling him down with me to crash my lips hard upon his, igniting the passion between us—surprised when he pulled back suddenly... “Alright, before I get too carried away, my tricky little minx, what’s bothering you?” Gavin knowing rasped out, “Believe me, I always enjoy an unexpected afternoon delight—which we will be getting back to shortly—but I can feel that you’re anxious about something. Talk to me, Lorelei.” Running my hand down his side, I slid it between us, snapping open the button of his jeans, lowering the zipper as I grinned up at him, “Like I said—I’ve missed you—and with most of the girls at Mystic Fire and Raven and Talon busy with house calls, there’s less opportunity to be disturbed—for me, anyway. Which reminds me—block the brothers, please.” “Already blocked, my little love,” Gavin soothingly stated, “And actually, I was surprised you didn’t want to go to Mystic Fire to hang out with the girls while Auntie worked on the wedding dresses.” Running my finger over his mark, my thoughts instantly returned, causing unexpected words to come out as I hesitantly asked, “What if I said it’s because I’ve been thinking that I want to talk about our wedding—and maybe setting a date? I’m not sure how you feel about it, but you did say all I had to do was tell you that I was ready and—” I didn’t get a chance to finish as Gavin was the one crashing his lips down on mine in a kiss so deep and passionate, it took my breath away—and all my thoughts, before parting enough to breathe out against my lips, “Just thinking about you in a wedding dress—I’m definitely carried away now, my surprising little minx! Afternoon delight first, then we talk more about our special day!” I only got out a half-giggle before I felt mouth upon mine again, losing myself in the throes of Gavin’s overwhelming love for me. His hands ridding me of my towel before mine rid him of his pants, looking up afterwards to see the most heartwarming pearly white smile beaming down at me, “Have I mentioned that not only do I desire you more than any other woman in world, but that I love you more than any man has ever loved a woman?” “Show me,” I teased in a quiet murmur, again glancing down at the beauty of Gavin’s perfect solid frame and licking my lips in anticipation as he slowly lowered himself down on top of me—his mouth finding my mark, tantalizingly sucking on it to send a shiver of desire through me. My gorgeous mate was right—no man and no woman could ever want and love another the way Gavin and I did. My excitement got the best of me—wrapping my legs around Gavin’s waist while pressing my hands against his chest to forcibly turn us so he was on bottom, relaying in a seductive moan, “Changed my mind.” His hands on my sides, Gavin thrust me upwards to blow a sizzling breath against my n****e, “About control, I hope—not the wedding.” I had to press my palms down firmly on the mattress to steady and balance myself as Gavin’s tongue began its tease, flicking my n****e before circling around it, his mouth slowly claiming every inch of my breast, leading me to rasp out in hastened breath, “Definitely not about the wedding.” Chuckling, Gavin lowered me back down to face him—and connect us fully as one—sliding his large shaft inside my wet opening, hoarsely whispering, “Mmmmmm—good!”, before our mouths eagerly connected again, my hips grinding against his—the two of us defining perfection in our rhythmic movement and fit. I broke our kiss, enjoying the perks of my afternoon delight, laying kisses all along Gavin’s incredible body, slowly increasing the pace, ecstatic when I heard my favorite growl of pleasured approval. My palms placed firmly on his chest, I lifted myself up to straddle him before bringing my hands up in the air, tilting my head up towards the ceiling as I pushed the hair out of my face and enjoyed the swelling vibration of pleasure that Gavin always provided me inside. I felt his fingers grasp my hips to share some control, creating more force in the thrusting back and forth motion, staring at me in awe and devotion as a satisfied grin crossed my face, my lips moistened by my tongue again in reaction to his desirous growl, heightened mid-sentence as I increased the pace, “I love you so much! Mmmmm—there—yes, my amazing little minx! Oh—you are so damn beautiful, Lorelei!” Arching my back, I caused a gratifying sensation that soared through both of us, moans of blissful rapture expelled out in unison before I threw myself forward to feel the smooth skin of Gavin’s body against mine once more while keeping our rhythm going. My lips were immediately around my mark, sucking it up into my mouth, my teeth grazing across it—Gavin stiffening even harder in response. The quaking of my climax began then, Gavin’s blissful, hoarse breath directing me, “That’s it, my gorgeous minx—there—slow it down a little—savor it with me, Little One.” I loved it when Gavin called me Little One during our lovemaking and I did slow it down—savoring every glorious feel of being one with the most loving, amazing man I’ve ever known—a man that was mine and mine alone—forever... ************* TATIANA My legs were cramping slightly by the time I returned to my room, exhausted from my long day, and feeling a headache coming on—something else that happened from time to time after my battle with Frieda and her trees... Quickly putting together a potion and adding it to some tea, I was trying to fend it off before Horacio caught wind of my state, unsuccessful as he entered my mind, Tati, are you alright? Your legs—and this headache. What’s going on? I’m fine, promise—just a little tired, that’s all. I assured him, I made a little something to help and will lay down for a bit until you finish things up there. I could hear his worry as Horacio stated it would be a bit longer, but he would be holding me in his arms soon, just as I heard a knock on my door. Opening it, I saw a beaming Lorelei and Aruna, their smiles so bright I immediately had one of my own, greeting them, “Well, I’m guessing there is good news to be had!” “Gavin and I have set a date, Auntie!” Lorelei gushed, “He wanted to come with us to tell you, but I was hoping we could talk a little about my dress, if you aren’t too busy and tired of wedding dresses?” Reaching out and pulling her into my warm embrace, I pushed my discomfort aside, enthusing, “I’m never too busy for you, my darling! Especially since you’ve rejuvenated me with such wonderful news! And I never tire of creating new bridal designs! Get in here! Let’s talk dresses!” Aruna’s smile fell slightly as she inquired, “Are you sure, Tati? You look a bit pale. Are you alright?” I assured my dear friend that I was fine and invited them both in, thrilled at the news that my Gavin and Lorelei were also planning their nuptials and listening with my large pad and pencil in hand, drawing a rough sketch as Lorelei described her dream dress to me... In an enamored tone, Lorelei relayed her vision—an A-line dress of white satin with a tule overlay containing floral and leaf accents all along the bodice—the leaves representing the love of trees she and Madeline shared—the special meaning behind her choice leading me to have them trail the accents over her shoulder as the straps. I loved that Lorelei wanted a cathedral train and a plunging neckline that would accentuate her every curve with hand pleats on the bodice that led down to the train. The entire dress representing a whimsical feel that Lorelei brought to us all with her sweet and endearing heart. Turning my sketch book around, I showed Aruna and Lorelei my initial design, both their wide gazes filling with tears as Aruna breathed out in wonderment, “Oh, Tati! That is so beautiful!” Lorelei let out a loud gasp as tears of sheer and utter joy fell from her eyes, “That—that’s it! Oh, Auntie! That’s my dress! The one I’ve always dreamed of!” Squealing, she threw her arms around me and hugged me tight, “Thank you, thank you! Are you sure this isn’t too much—me asking you to do this? You’re already so busy!” “I’m in the final stages of my other three, so you are giving me a new fun project!” I lovingly told her, “I can’t wait to see this on you, Lorelei. You are going to leave poor Gavin fighting for air at the altar when he sees his breathtaking bride!” ************ We talked for a bit longer about Lorelei’s wishes for her dream wedding before she excitedly leapt from the couch to take her leave. I laughed as Lorelei enthusiastically hugged Aruna and I before running from the room to tell Gavin that her dream dress had already been designed—and to tease him about the wait he would have to endure to see it. Aruna stayed behind, continuing to be concerned about me as I continued to sip on my medicated tea that was beginning to make me a bit drowsy... Placing her hand on top of mine, Aruna sweetly stated, “You’ve made all our brides so happy, Tati, as well as those of us ladies who are taking part in the wedding—I’ve never had so many new, beautiful dresses before and love every single one that now fills my closet. But you’re a bride too. I haven’t heard you speak one word about your own wedding dress. I hope that you are working on something special for yourself as well.” “Don’t worry, Aruna, I’ve been working on it and filling my closet too for the other weddings,” I warmly returned, flashing her a mischievous smile, “I’m afraid I’m keeping my wedding dress a secret until I walk down the aisle to my King of Fury. I will just warn you now—I have several surprises in store for my Horacio—brace yourself.” “Knowing you, I’m always prepared for surprises—that’s why I love you so—you keep life interesting,” Aruna softly laughed before standing up and quietly urging, “I have enjoyed being able to spend so much time with you, Tati, but I think we have both been overwhelmed with all the excitement about weddings and dresses today. Why don’t we rest for a bit before Horacio returns? Talk him into having dinner together on the balcony this evening. Get a little fresh air while we eat.” I readily agreed, hugging Aruna and walking her to the door before finishing my tea and laying down in the center of my bed to allow the potion to do its work while wishing my King of Fury was cuddled up beside me to keep me warm as I drifted off to sleep.
