Subconsciously I realized that the car had stopped and we were not moving anymore but I felt so tired and for some reason I didn’t want to open my eyes. Well, for a very specific reason I didn’t want to open my eyes. Alarick was still there and I had remembered the way I talked to him before he put me to sleep. At least, I thought he was the one who put me to sleep.
