ANDREA’S POV
"How long have you been here? " I exclaimed as I inquired.
He responded, "Just now,” with a wide smile on his lips. The most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen. I missed seeing that.
I keep smiling at him. I can't believe it's been so long since I've seen him!
"Why are you in such a hurry?!" he inquired.
"I'm going to... work," I said.
I'd want to hang out with him today, but I have a job commitment.
“Enzo! When did you first arrive?”
Mom gets in the way of our chat. Yes, my parents were aware of Enzo, and he had asked them first if he may court me, and they had accepted. Enzo is a wonderful man, and he is the best man I've ever known. Apart from my father, he's the only boyfriend I have.
He replied, "Just now, tita” taking its hand and maneuvering it towards his forehead to show respect on her.
"Hmm... I still have a job to do” I said and turn my attention to my mother, “Ma, can you look after Enzo while I'm away?"
Enzo has a close relationship with both his mother and father. They also treat them as if they were their son.
"I'll see you later," I say with a smile as I gaze at Enzo, who seems unconcerned about it.
I get to work right away. Because our house is located far from the main road, where cabs are located, I still have to walk to the outside of the major road.
I check the traffic signal to make sure I'll be walking on the correct side of the pedestrian line. When the light turned green, I began going into the pedestrian area since I needed to get a cab on the opposite lane, which is where I needed to go, until I heard a loud, persistent beeping sound.
Someone almost slammed into me again! I'm instantly enraged because the driver of the automobile is careless and foolish!
I approached the car and began shouting at him!
"DON'T YOU SEE THE LIGHT IS GREEN?!? ARE YOU DUMB OR JUST STUPID?!” I roared at the driver who seem not to care.
While I was expressing my utter hatred for him, he didn't attempt to reason with me.
Seriously? It's been a pattern that I've been almost hit by a car!
"Are you going to remain silent?! You almost knocked me down... HEY! GET OUT OF HERE! HEY! COME BACK HERE YOU MORON!!”
What the hell is going on!! When the light turns red, he simply drives away. Great! This has been such a bad day for me!
When other drivers are urging me to get off the road, I walk through. Before I got a cab, I took some time to relax.

CALEB’S POV
What's all the fuss about?
I couldn't see what was going on in front of me, but I could hear a girl screaming. It's far too early for this, grr It's terribly depressing.
When the light turned red, every automobile began to pass, and a female went out to the side of the road, going through.
Wait…
Is it possible that I'm having a hallucination?
Is that Tori?! What… the… f*ck!
No. That isn't her, but they have a striking resemblance. This is so mind-blowing! I am trying to convince myself that it isn't impossible, in any case. The world is just too huge, and there's a good possibility we'll run into someone who looks like us. Maybe it's only the angle that makes her appear like her.
I pass by at a floral business. I had just bought Tori some flowers on her special day, her birthday.
In any case, nothing will change. Last night's events will not convince me to give up. I'll keep chasing her as long as she hasn't been claimed by someone else.
Tori was already at work when I arrived, looking as lovely as always. I approached her and handed her the flower.
I smiled at her while approaching, "Happy Birthday," and I handed her the flower.
"Thanks," she said and smiled back.
Actually, it doesn't feel uncomfortable. She's known I had feelings for her since the beginning, and that hasn't changed. Even though she has previously stated that she cannot guarantee that she would reciprocate my sentiments, I am not the type of man to give up without even attempting.
I know that with time, things would change... at least, that's what I thought.
"How do you intend to commemorate your birthday? " I inquired casually.
"At home?" she unsurely replied, "I don't want to host a big party."
"But I'm sure Tita wouldn't let it happen," I said.
"It's true, and that's why I'm concerned. Parties are overrated" she look down, and sighted the floor, "I simply want... to be... happy, and I don't know when I'll experience that”
She turned to face me and said, "I have everything, yet I still feel like something is missing,"
I was taken aback by her statement.
I look her straight in the eyes, and all I see is melancholy. For a woman who has everything, she still feels as if something is lacking, and it's not just material goods; it's more.
"What exactly is it? " I inquired.
"I'm not sure. Perhaps... love? Care? "I'm not sure."
I wanted to c***k a joke at her expense, but I knew it wasn't the perfect moment. She'd been hankering after those for a long time.
"Your family loves you," I assured her.
She turns aside when I say it, which indicates that my assertion is untrue.
"I don't want to be doubtful, but there are moments when I realize everything is simply for work. If I ever make it big in this field, I'll always give gratitude to my mother. She was devoted to me, that is true, yet it is insufficient. Grr, I know that sounds stupid. Let's simply avoid discussing it."
She then turns her back on me after saying that. I'm at loss for words. I'm not sure what to say to her. I couldn’t give her any advice and I feel sorry about it
"It's uhm... acceptable to feel that way," I informed her, as she looked at me with a puzzled expression. "But no parent doesn't love their children," I said.
I look at her, "It's your birthday; you shouldn't be upset," and I meant it.
Suddenly, her demeanor changes. At the very least, a single phrase can put her at rest. On this momentous day in her life, she should not be sad. She is entitled to happiness.
"Caleb, Tori! Now it's your time!" yelled the director.
To go to the set, we both stood and walked. We're drenched in the sun, and it's so hot that we're becoming toasty.
The drama has begun, and we are both portraying our own characters.
“What? You're going to abandon me?!" Tori began to say something.
She's attempting to prevent me from getting inside the car, but I have to play my part as well.
"I'm going to lose my family! We must put an end to this! This is a huge blunder!" I screamed at her.
"You did it already!" Your wife regards you as a jerk for betraying her! You'll never be able to have her—-"
"Stop!" I spoke.
"You're a scumbag! I'm in the same boat. We are meant for each other! Please don't leave—"
"Get off my back. I'm going to leave!”
She kept pushing me back, preventing me from going in, and I needed to get free, so I tried to push her back
"Calvin, please—"
... and that was a bad move.
“CUT!”
I dash over to her to see if she's in any pain. F*ck! So bumbling!
"Are you okay? Where does it hurt? " I inquired, concerned.
I'm not supposed to push her off. I'm checking whether she's harmed as she strips down to the road.
She reassured me saying, "I'm OK, don't worry."
Grr, what a blunder I was! I assisted her to her feet and carried her beneath the tent to shield her from the sun's rays.
"You did great" she stated when she takes a seat.
"I'm really sorry, I pushed you too much," I said.
She seriously looks at me and speaks, “I hope you’re not worried just because you have feelings”
As she stated that, I was taken aback. Yes, I am. I'm concerned for any reasons.
“No. Obviously not" I told her, "You're my co-actor, and I have to help you."
She refocuses his attention on her hand, which had collided with the road but was uninjured.
I reread my script after double-checking that she was okay.
"You two did fantastic!" the director stated.
Tori was right. Feelings should not be engaged in our work; otherwise, we would be limited in our ability to perform at our best simply because no one wants to hurt another.
I need to be more responsible in terms of prioritizing what to do now or when.
