Chapter Seven
The wrap party for Beloved is a small affair, although I suppose everything can be considered a small affair after Kane Lucky’s party. It is no way like that bash. I end up inviting Marina anyway and while we are there she apologizes for what she said about Rich.
“I was so drunk. I really crossed a line, Jenny. I should have just kept my mouth shut,” she says as she sips her glass of water.
The party, which is only about thirty people, is at a lounge bar in the middle of the city. Beloved had been a low-key shoot and I had enjoyed putting my best foot forward in it. I had two days of filming Silence Dolls and then a little time off before production on Flower Queen began. I am nervous about Flower Queen.
