CHAPTER 4

Hayden walked through the hospital's corridor , his men following him. He halted in his steps when he saw someone pacing around restlessly.

"Aanav" He called out for the man, who was his bestfriend. The man Aanav turned around and sighed in relief. They both walked towards eachother.

"Where have you been man, I have been calling for like an hour now, even sarah wasn't picking up her calls and this stupid nick was cutting all my calls, this ass-hat" Aanav yelled, his eyes telling how worried he was for him.

Nick silently hid behind Hayden, afraid that if Aanav saw his face for another second, then it would his bullet and his face for sure and he wished to have a long life, for god sake, he wasn't even married yet.

"Not his fault, ani, i ordered him not to tell you anything. Actually, Ianah got lost at the airport and some pathetic losers tried to kidnap her" Aanav was stunned to hear this.

"What the f**k and you didn't even tell me" Aanav raised his voice but calmed down seeing that it was the hospital they were currently in.

"I'm sorry but if I had told you then you would have come there, I didn't want that, rooh needed you more" Hayden answered.

"But, you should have let me know atleast, by the way how is ianah and sarah and where are those bastards" He asked concerned for both sarah and Ianah and raging at those unknown jerks who tried to hurt his family. For him, sarah were like his own sister, he treated her the same as he treated Dhara (his sister) and Ianah, she was this cute little thing who had his heart. She was like his own kid.

"Don't worry about them, you know ian is going to treat them way better than us" Hayden smirked patting his shoulder.

"Wish i could be there to see him welcome them" Aanav joked making Hayden laugh.

"So, how is rooh" Hayden asked, his eyebrows raised together, a frown appearing on his handsome face.

"This is her last session" Aanav sighed "I just hope she stops burdening herself with the guilt" Aanav sighed.

"She will, ani, she will" Hayden gave him a hug.

"Mr. Sahay, your wife is conscious now" The doctor said and aanav nodded. Hayden watched Aanav going inside, his hand automatically went up to caress the ring he had on his ring yet again.

"Boss, I think you should tell Aanav sir about her" Nick said in hushed tone only to get a stern look from Hayden.

"He should never know, noone should ever know about her, you understand that" Hayden ordered, nick could only nod despite how much his heart was screaming at him to tell everyone the truth.

"Darsh, stop playing games, bachha, see it's too late already, you need to wake up early tomorrow, remember it's your first day at school" Siya gently took the remote control from his little hands.

Darsh looked at her and ignored her.

"Are you still mad at me bachha" Siya asked, her eyes looked exhausted, Darsh noticed it and nodded his head in a yes. He was in a deep dilema, he couldn't see her sad but he was angry at whatever she was doing.

She thought he was kid, but mentally he had surpassed that age, he was mature and he understood almost everything but he couldn't understand her and her reasons.

"I'm sorry baby, but i swear I'll make everything right, please trust me" Siya pleaded, Darsh hugged her tight and nodded in a yes. He knew she wasn't happy, he knew there was something that she never told him, she changed her name and he asked her but all she answered him was that she wanted a fresh start just like zameer. He accepted it but why did she marry the man, why she told the world that he is his real father when he is not.

The only person who he will ever call dad was Atharv, the man who fought the world to keep him and siya safe. He died for them then why did she marry this man who doesn't even give a damn about her and him and his little brother. Siya would never tell him but he was determined to find the answers.

He trusted siya and was sure that none of that has been done with her happiness, there is more to it and he had vowed to find the truth himself by hook or by crook.

"Maa, can i sleep with you tonight" He asked keeping his head on her lap. Siya smiled and caressed his hairs and kissed his forehead.

"Ofc, bachhe" She picked him up and carried him to his bed. Darsh pouted.

"What" she chuckled seeing his expression.

"I'm not a baby anymore maa, I'm a big boy now, you shouldn't carry me like this" He pouted again, siya teased him more by playfully pinching his nose. After some more chit-chats, the duo slept peacefully.

A loud noise woke siya up, she got up from the bed carefully and wrapped the quilt over darsh carefully, trying her best not to wake him up.

Walking carefully towards the crib, she sighed in relief seeing that rey was in his deep sleep too.

Taking the vase, she moved downstairs with tippy toes only to clench her jaw in anger. There laid her husband drunk and wasted.

She kept the vase on the nearest table and walked towards him in anger. Grabbing his hand, she made him stood and then helped him to their room.

Angrily throwing him on the floor, she poured the water on his face.

Viraj woke up with a jerk, the cold water sobered him up, he looked here and there before his eyes landed on siya again.

"What's your problem woman" His voice filled with irritation and anger.

"How many times do i need to tell you, that my kids are here and I don't want them so see any of this" She yelled after locking the door.

Viraj ran his hand through his face and stood up. He walked towards her like a predator but siya stood rooted to her ground, he was nothing in front of the monster she had faced. He didn't scare her, not at all.

"Stop getting on my f*****g nerves all the time" He leaned towards her, his 6 feet tall frame completely hiding away her petite figure. His alcoholic breath fanned her face making her scrunch her nose in disgust "or" He kept both of her hands on either side of her head and looked deeply into her eyes, he leaned closer to her ears and whispered "your worst nightmare might actually come true" He smirked and walked away.

Siya slid down, her fists clenched in determination yet a wave of fear hit her.
