"What in the world you just said, Grey Yvan Tan?!" Leo, Grey's father slammed the table, nakatingin siya ng masama kay Grey. "How dare you say that infront of your fiancé!" he yelled again.

Tahimik lang ang pamilya ni Angel, wala silang masabi at hindi rin nila alam ang sasabihin nila. "Leo, don't be too harsh on Grey - let's all calm down" pagpapakalma ni Joshua, Angel's father, sa kanyang kaibigan.

"No! Ulitin mo nga ang sinabi mo Grey! Say it again, infront of us!" Leo exclaimed. Grey clenched his fist and glared at his father.

He turned his gaze to Angel but the lady just looked down. "I said, I'm not marrying Angel." he said and grabbed Angel's hand then remove the ring from it and threw it away.

"Their company is back to normal again, singilin mo nalang ang pinautang mo sa kanila at tapusin niyo na ang kalokohang ito!" sigaw ni Grey na nagpatigil sa lahat.

She smirked, "Ah I forgot, all of you didn't tell that to us-or maybe just to me." Grey sarcastically said and look at Angel before storming outside.

"Huīsè! Nǐ zhège àomàn de háizi!"

(Grey! You arrogant child!)

Sigaw ng tatay niya at napahawak sa sintido nito. Angel didn't say anything and run outside to follow Grey. "Grey!" she yelled and run to him.

Palabas na ng gate si Grey nang maabutan siya ni Angel at hinawakan ang braso nito. "Grey, let's talk, calm down!" she said but the guy shoved her away.

"Angel, kilala mo ako. You know I opposed the idea of arrange marriage pero mas ayaw ko ang ideya na ipakasal tayo dahil sa utang ng daddy mo sa daddy ko! That's bullshit!" galit na sigaw ni Grey.

"And you have the audacity to tell me to calm down? Kung hindi pa sinabi sa akin ni ate White hindi ko malalaman! All this time akala ko wala ka ding alam pero meron, and you have the courage to face me with that f*****g smile!" Grey added.

Napayuko si Angel, alam niyang ganito magrereact si Grey kung sakaling sinabi niya ng mas maaga, pero kung sana rin sinabi niya ng mas maaga, maiiwasan ang magkagulo sila ng ganito.

"I'm done with all this bullshit, and I dont wanna see your face ever again." Grey said leaving Angel behind with a broken heart. She likes Grey. She likes him so much, she doesn't know why but she likes him.

"Grey..." she whispered, parang nawalan siya ng lakas na sumigaw dahil sa nangyari, she fell onto her knees, crying.

"Angel..." Her tita Sylvia approached her and help her stand up, "Angel let's go inside." her tita said and lead her inside. She wiped her years off.

Nasa sala na ang lahat at tahimik lang, "Where's Grey?" Angel's dad asked but Angel didn't respond. "Let him. He is just so hard headed, wag ka mag alala Joshua, ako nang kakausap sa kanya." Leo assured them.

"Hindi mo na kailangang gawin iyon, Leo. Hayaan mo muna ang anak mo." saad ni Sylvia at tumingin kay Angel, "Go now in your room Angel." she said and the lady did.

Pagkapasok niya ng kwarto niya ay tumulo agad ang mga luha niya, kasabay ng pagtunog ng kanyang telepono. She geabbed it and saw her mom calling.

Napangiti siya ng mapait, she should be happy that her mom is calling her in times like this, but she isn't dahil alam na niya ang kailangan nito sa kanya.

"H-Hello ma.." she answered, trying her best to sound okay dahil kahit umiyak pa siya ngayon wala namang paki alam ang mama niya.

"Buti naman at sumagot ka na, ilang araw ka ng hindi nagpapadala?" tumulo na naman ang luha ni Angel, she tried so hard to cry silently as her mom demand her needs.

"Hoi ano, nakikinig ka ba?" masungit na saad ng mama niya, she sighed. "Ma...don't you miss me?" Angel asked full of hope and pain.

"Ano? Anong kalokohan na naman ba ang pinagsasabi mo!? Magpadala ka ng pera bukas din." her mom said and hang up.

Humagugol si Angel. Hindi niya na alam gagawin at hindi niya alam kung sino ang kakausapin, nang tumunog muli ang cellphone niya, this time it was Lei who's calling her.

She didn't pick up the phone and forced herself just to sleep.

Lei dialed Angel's number a few times but she did not answer, nalaman niya kanina kay Ethan ang nangyari sa dinner nila kasama sina Grey.

He's so worried for his bestfriend but sadly, Angel isn't answering her phone.

He wanted to go out and go to Angel but he's already home and he can't just go out for there are people assigned to watch over the house.

He's walking back and forth inside his room when suddenly he heard a noise from his parents room. It's like his mom and dad are arguing.

Dalawang kwarto ang layo niya sa kwarto ng parents niya kaya kinailangan niyang lumabas para marinig ang pinaguusapan nila, at habang palapit siya ng palapit, ang masakit na katotohanan ang pumapasok sa kanyang tainga.

"How can you say that Rob- how dare you!" he heard his mom yelled.

"Selyn- I love our son, and he's already 18 he deserves to know the truth!" his father yelled.

"What truth? Na hindi talaga siya ampon? Yun ba Rob?"

Nanigas siya sa kinatatayuan niya. All this time akala niya ampon talaga siya ng mag asawa pero sa narinig niya, isang malaking katanungan na naman ang kanyang pagkatao.

He continued listening to his parent's arguement, and with that all, he found all the truth about his self. How twisted.

The next day, Lei woke up feeling not in the mood to do anything, ngayon na sila pupunta ng Someday News para kausapin ang Hannah Yuu na iyon pero parang nawalan na siya ng gana.

He get up and stretched his body, ang mabuti pa magjogging muna siya.

"Good morning anak." bati ng mama niya pagkababa niya, his mom is smiling at him sweetly, he forced a smile. "I'll go jog outside mom." he just said and get out.

Hindi na niya hinintay ang sasabihin ng kanyang ina. He's mad - how can his parents face him with lots of lies, how can they call their selves parents when they've lied to him for his 18 years of existence.

Dahil sa inis ay napahinto siya sa pagtakbo at bumuntong hininga ng ilang beses.

"Excuse me?" he heard a familiar voice from his side, he looked up and just as he thought, it was Airee. The lady is wearing a jeans and a hoodie and is looking at him.

"Oh, Lei ikaw pala." saad nito. Hindi mai alis ni Lei ang tingin niya kay Airee, her face, and her eyes, even her lips looks nothing as Aixza.

"Uhm..hey?" Airee waved her hand infront of his face. Bumalik siya sa reyalidad at ngumiti kay Airee, "I-ikaw pala." saad niya.

Airee lightly laughed and she looked more adorable with that smile. "Gosh, you're blocking my way in. Bahay namin iyan eh." saad niya kaya napatingin si Lei sa tinutukoy ni Airee.

"Oh, I'm sorry, kaya pala ang bumili sa bahay ng mga Alonzo." Lei stated as Airee opens the gate. Papasok na sana siya nang hilain siya ni Lei. "What?" Airee asked.

Lei gazed away, ilang minuto siyang tahimik kaya tatanggalin na sana ni Airee ang kamay niya niya, "Uhmm...can I go inside?" Lei said.

Airee stared at him and laughed lightly, "Okay. Come in." Airee said and open the gate wider.

Pinagbuksan din siya ng pinto kaya kaagad siyang pumasok, he really don't know why he said that but he surely wants to spend time with Airee.

"Kauuwi mo lang? Saan ka galing? Bakit ngayon ka lang uuwi?Alam ba ni tita Aixza na ngayon ka lang uuwi? Alam ba niya ang mga pinaggagawa mo-"

Hindi na niya natapos ang sasabihin niya isubo ni Airee ang isang piraso ng hotdog sa bibig niya. "Ang daldal mo!" malamig na turan ni Airee.

"Want coffee?" Airee asked and he nodded. Lei didn't tell what coffee he likes, but Airee bring him black coffee anyway.

He stared at Airee, "May super powers ka siguro. How do you know I like black coffee?" Lei asked.

Airee smirked, "We have the same taste in coffee, as far as I can remember we had the same coffee in the hospital." She confidently said.

Lei didn't say anything but he smiled. Tahimik silang umiinom ng kape nang basagin iyon ni Lei,

"Uhm, hey when did you last saw your father?" he asked. Airee stopped for a moment.

"Two years ago." she casually answered. Napatango nalang si Lei at magtatanong pa nang tumunog ang kanyang cellphone.

Rashed is calling him. Napakunot siya, they don't usually call at hour like this.

"Hello?" he answered. He heard Rashed on the other line, panting.

"L-Lei...G-Grey's on the hospital-come quickly!" Rashed said and ended the call.
