I look at Claudette quizzically, caught off by her question. "Where did you hear that word from?" I ask her.

"SEBASTIAN! May I speak with you and Ariel in private... immediately." David glares at me and my mate. Scott and I have become closer since we work together a lot now, so Ariel felt comfortable having him keep an eye on Claudette while we go talk with the Alpha.
