The Dire Beavers had spent the next three days feverishly gathering as much material and gold as they could, while trying to work out exactly what they wanted their new guild base to include. They might not be able to get the entire base built out in one go, especially the teleport point - which would probably cost as much to build as the rest of the town together - but Elise thought they could probably rebuild the guild hall, put up a defensive wall, and maybe get some crafting stations up. Once they had in-house crafting stations, things would go faster.
Krang and his building crew arrived at the village of Pounce in the early evening of the third day. Elise, who had been Pita prep vegetables for dinner, looked up when she heard the half-giant foreman hail her.
