Alexander's POV I was enjoying the feeling of Julia leaning against me as we gazed at the lake together. This overwhelming feeling like we were being watched took over my senses. I sniffed and listened hard to my surroundings. I heard some rustling in the woods to my left. Looking in that direction, I could have sworn I saw movement. "Is everything okay?" Julia asked, having picked up on the change in body language. "I think we're being watched," I told her. "Really?" she followed my gaze in the direction of the woods. "I'm going to go find out."
