I woke up in the morning excited but also anxious about what was going to be happening today. I hadn’t heard from Margaret yet, but the plan was for her to try and get Julianna today and bring her to me. Ian had arranged the safe house for me and made sure Julia would be comfortable but secure. Large heavy locks had been put on the basement door, which is where she would be kept.
He moved a bed down there and made sure the bathroom was stocked.
