My mind wandered as I made my way from the library. It was all over the place with what was happening with my mom back at the hospital, the doctors not knowing how long she had or if she will get better. It was a waiting game, they kept saying. And Amabell…Our quick meeting in the library…She was so innocent. So pure. I wondered what she was like back home before her family was kidnapped and sold to the royal family. Jude’s family. What were her hobbies? Did she like walks on the beach or as she more of a book worm; staying in doors with a good book and some tea? She obviously loved books. She was smart. Curious. I liked that about her.
I stopped in my tracks when I saw Jordana outside Amabell’s room. Curious, I made my way over to her. "Jude is taking Amabell out." She smiled
