The launch party had been a successful one. It was Sunday and we were going together as a family to Washington. I sat in the passenger seat watching my husband with a small smile playing on my lips. "Why are you looking at me like that?" He surprised me by asking. I wasn't thinking he would have noticed. I looked away and focused on the road, pulling my smile into a smirk. "What? Can't I get a great look at my husband in peace?" I teased. "You can but I'm an old man," he added the latter words in quotes just to mock my words as I constantly referred to him as an old man.
