Chapter 6

" Duncan "

Ashton mind-linked me that he went to see Tay.  My Tay is finally home. He said she looks good. She always did. 

He also said Amanda said that I wouldn't want Tay now. I wonder why would she say a thing like that. Amanda has never like Tay. After Tay left, Amanda came to my room. She asks me to mark and mate with her. I had Ashton throw her ass out. 

He said Tay has to talk to me. We do have a lot to talk about. I have never gotten over her leaving me. 

I'm sorry her father is dead.  Now my father can't use him against me anymore. But I'm glad she's home." Duncan is thinking as he arrives at the cemetery

Ashton is walking to the car to meet Duncan. "The service has already started," Ash and Duncan are walking toward the service.

Duncan and Ashton sit down in the first two seats in the back. that they see. Duncan is looking at Tay while the service is going on.

When the service is over, Taylor stands up. "Thank you all for coming. It's good to see that my father was loved by so many peoples. He was more than a father to me. He was also my best friend. I will miss you. Father, you, and mother are together again. I love you both. " Taylor looks around the crowd. She sees Duncan and smiles at him. 

He smiles back. " She's just as beautiful as ever, more confident in herself" Duncan is thinking as he is looking at her

Tay is wearing a black knee-length skirt and white blouse. Her beautiful long hair is in loose curls.

"Are you going to talk to her?" Ash whispers, pushing Duncan's arm

Yes, of cause. I am." Duncan said looking at Taylor

Everyone is leaving. Duncan is making his way to her. Ashton is walking behind him. 

 Her aunt and uncle stand up.  Both of them have a baby that is sleeping in their arms. 

Duncan looks at the twins. "They looked like My Tay." He's thinking as he stops dead in his track. 

Ashton is walking behind Duncan he bumps into his back. "Damn,"  Ashton said looking at Duncan's back. But Duncan still didn't move. 

"Duncan, Duncan,"  Tay said she is now standing in front of him saying his name.

Amanda is standing back watching the two of them, laughing. She can't wait to see Duncan's reaction. When he finds out that Taylor slept with someone and had another man's kids.

"Hi, Tay"  Duncan managed to say.  But he is still looking at the kids. 

Taylor sees the way he is looking at the twins. "Come on," she said smiling.  She takes the little boy from her Aunt

He is looking at the little boy funny.

"Duncan this is D J." She said smiling

He is standing there still confused, looking at the little boy

"Duncan this is your son Duncan Matthew Holland Jr. I call him DJ," Tay said still smiling

"My son?"  He asks looking at this handsome looks boy. 

 DJ turns his head looking at Duncan "He has my blue eyes." Duncan is thinking as he is looking at DJ

"Yes, your son."  She said placing him in Duncan's arms. “This is your daughter Trenee Makala.” She said taking her from her uncle.

"Two kids?"   He asks looking at his daughter. "She has Tay's beautiful grey eyes. She's beautiful." Duncan is thinking as he is smiling at Trenee. He sits down in a chair holding and kissing his beautiful pups.

"What the hell?" Amanda said as she walks over to them  

Taylor is smiling looking at their kids.

"Wait,  no way. Your bastards are the Alpha kids." Amanda said looking at Duncan and hugging his kids.

"Don't you dare call them that again? I should kill you right now."   Duncan in his Alpha tone

"Sorry Alpha,"  Amanda said looking at him scared, bowing her head repeatedly. 

Amanda is walking away when she tripped over a chair.

"Tay we need to talk."  He said looking at their pups, then at her.

Erica,  Duncan's mother walks over to Taylor. "Hi Taylor, I'm sorry to hear about your father." She said hugging Tay.

"Thank you," Taylor said hugging her back

"Hi Trenee, DJ. How are Granny's babies? They have grown since I saw them." His mother said smiling at the twins

"Mother, you knew? You have seen my pups before? Why didn’t you tell me?  Duncan asks looking at his mother. 

"Yes, I found out three months ago. When I went to New York for fashion week. I bumped into Taylor, she was there working. The twins were with her. She and I had a long talk over dinner. She wanted to be the one to tell you." His mother said smiling at Taylor. 

"Taylor, I'm sorry about your father."   Burt, Duncan's father said looking at her.

"Thank you,"  Taylor turns her head away from him. "Jerk"  She is thinking

He looks at Duncan holding the twins. “Who's pups are those?” He asks frowning up

"Mine, " Taylor looks at him. Taylor doesn't have to hold her tongue anymore.

"Mine too,"  Duncan said looking up  at his father

"Yours?"  Burt asks looking at him  angry

"Yes, their mine,"  Duncan said still looking at his father

"You had pups with a human. She's not even your mate."  Burt said looking at Taylor

"Let me tell you"___cut off. Margie is walking toward Burt pointing her finger at him

Taylor put her hand in the air to cut her off. Her aunt looks at her "I got this,"  Taylor said looking at her. "You may think I'm just human. You never thought I was good enough for Duncan. He might find his mate. He might not. But no one will ever love him as much as I do. No one will be there for him like I will. I will always be beside him to the end. My father isn't here anymore for you to use as leverage. Don't even think about using my kids. No, Duncan didn't tell me” She is still looking at Burt

"Do you know you could be killed for talking to me like that?  I'm your Alpha". Burt is pointing at her

"No your not my Alpha. You said I'm human. Humans don't have Alphas."  She is looking at him up and down.

"Rogues,"  Ashton yells looking at Duncan

Duncan gives Taylor their pups. "Go hide,"  he kisses her forehead

She hands them to her Aunt and uncle.

"Taylor, what are you going to do?" Control your temper."  Margie said holding Trenee

"Protecting my babies. I will do my best to control it." She nods her head.

Duncan looks at Taylor, He thought he heard her whisper something. Then all of a sudden he hears a lot of howling and whining caused by pain. He looks back at Tay. She holds her right hand toward rogues. They died instantly from her Necrokinesis power. (Causes instant death without any apparent cause)

When Duncan turns to looks at the rogues. They are all laying on the ground dead.

"What the hell just happen?"  His father asks  looking around at the rogues 

"You have gotten a lot stronger,"  Duncan whispers  in her ear smiling

She smiles at him

Ducan takes the twins from Margie and Forrest. "We need to talk,"  He is walking her to the car with their pups in his hands.

Her aunt and uncle are walking fast to keep up with them.

"Duncan, Duncan."  His father yells, looking at Taylor and Duncan walking to her SUV.

He didn't look back at his father. Duncan put his kids in their car seats. "I'll follow you,"  he said closing the Suv's door

When they arrived back at the house. Their attention is on their little ones.  They feed the twins lunch and put them down for their naps.

Duncan didn't waste any time. He takes Tay's hand leading her into her bedroom to talk. "Tay, don't ever leave me again."  He said wrapping his arms around her.

"I won't leave you again," She said smiling wrapping her arms around him,  laying her head against his chest.

"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" Duncan asks her as he is  kissing her forehead

" I wanted to. I wanted you there with me. But I knew how important it was for you to find your mate." She said looking away from him

"Nothing is more important than you and our pups. Besides I was going to reject her. Wait until I was Alpha and mate with you. I never wanted anyone else. " He said looking at her

"Why didn't you tell me?"  She asks looking at him

"I never thought you would leave me. Ashton and I tried tracking you. But you covered your scent. Why do you still have it covered? He said sniffing her neck.

She just realized when she cast the spell that night that she never reverse it. Taylor mumbles some words to reverse the spell.

He sniffs her, he smelt cinnamon rolls and chocolate. "MATE, MATE," Duncan said sniffing her neck 

"What? " Taylor asks looking at Duncan. She wanted to make sure that she hard he correct.

"You're my Mate,"  Duncan said smiling

"Well, one thing for sure. Your father isn't going to be happy about this." Tay said looking at Duncan

"The Moon Goddess designed you for me. I want to mark you right now. I don't care what he thinks or likes." Duncan said while burying his head into her neck

Tay tilts her head, pulls her hair to one side. She never thought she was his Mate.

He extends his canines licks the soft spot in her neck. Taylor moans as Duncan extracts his canines. He licks the wound close. Duncan looks at his mark, smiling. It was a wolf with a crown over it. '"I don't know why a crown is on it. But it is beautiful. She is mine, forever now. That's all I care about."He is thinking, while he is still looking at his mark.

Burt has been calling Duncan's cellphone every five minutes. He blocked the link to his father. Duncan mind-link his mother, to see if anything was wrong.

"No, enjoy your family." She mind- links him back

"End of mind-link"

Duncan kisses Tay, she wraps her arms around his neck. Clothes go flying across the room until he and Taylor are naked.

Taylor and Duncan made love, completing the mating process. Afterward, they are laying in bed cuddling. He's playing with her hair when the doorbell rings.

"Duncan your father is here to see you,"  Forrest yells from the bottom of the stairs

"We'll be down in a minute,"  Duncan said as they were getting up

They put their clothes on smiling at each other.

"Are you ready?"   He asks looking at her.

"Might as well be."  She said looking at him

Her aunt is standing in the hall with the twins in her arms. "Taylor, you need to control your temper. Don't kill anyone."  Her aunt said shaking her head

"You killed someone before, besides today?'   Duncan asks looking at her

"Once, twice, ten times I don't know. But they deserved it. They were all bad." She said reaching for her kids.

Duncan is looking at her.

"They keep me  calm,"  she said looking at Duncan

"Okay yeah, you hold them then." He said nodding his head still looking at her

"Hello, father,"   Duncan said as he walks down the stairs in front of Taylor. He has on his pants and no shirt.

" Let's go home, you had your d**k satisfied by your human toy long enough ." Burt said looking at Taylor

"Don't ever speak about my mate like that again," Duncan said in a growl looking at Burt.

"Your mate? Be serious."  His father said looking at Taylor

"I'm serious. Tay is my true mate." Duncan said nodding her head. 

Burt looks at Taylor's neck and sniffs her. "You mark and completed the mating process with a human."  He said it like it is disgusting

"I don't care what Tay is. She's mine, always have been."  Duncan said looking at him.

"You will not come to my home, disrespecting me. You threatened to kill my father. Tell Duncan why you hated my father and hates me. " Taylor is looking at Burt

"Tay, what are you talking about?" Duncan asks looking at her

"She doesn't know what's she talking about."  His father is looking at her shaking his head.

"My mother told me, everything about you. So yes I do know."  Taylor said still  looking at him

"Why does he hate you?"  Duncan asks looking at still looking at her

" He was in love with my mother. She didn't love him. as a matter of fact, she didn't want anything to do with him. My mother hated him." Taylor looks at Burt with disgust

Burt is looking at her strangely.

"Then my father moved here, my mother was her mate. Burt hates me because I look like my mother.

He mated with your mother, so he would be Alpha. He has no Alpha blood in him. Your mother is the true Alpha. " Taylor looks at Burt than at Duncan.
