"Duncan POV"
Tay has been gone one year, five months, and six days ago. I will officially be Alpha next month. I did try calling her. But she changed her number.
At least I have had a chance to see her, even if it's not in person. She has been in Sports Illustrated magazines in swimsuits, other magazines, commercials, Victoria Secret runways shows on TV. She even did some episodes on a tv show. For two seasons she played this guy's girlfriend, she had to kiss him. I tore my bedroom up. He looked like he was enjoying kissing My Tay. She was looking beautiful and sexy, as ever. I love her more now than I did before.
My father has me traveling to packs all over the world to search for my mate. Still to this day I only want My Tay. She's still the only one I have been with. She-wolves are always trying to sleep with me. I'm waiting on My Tay to come back to me.
Right now I'm on my way back to my pack. There were attacked by rogues last night. I don't know all the casualties of it. Ashton said Tay's father and Estella were killed. I am praying that she comes home for Zach's service.
"Taylor POV"
There isn't a day go by that I don't think about Duncan. I miss him so much. It was hard to leave him. But It was something that I had to do it. I knew he will be a great Alpha. As long as I was there Burt would keep him from his birthright.
When I left him that night I didn't know he gave me two of the most precious gifts ever. We said we would always be apart of each other. We didn't lie. Duncan Matthew Holland Jr. I call him DJ. Trenee Makala Holland. The twins turned one, last week. My father took us to Disney World to celebrate their birthday. He visits me every other month. He was here with me when the twins were born.
My father said he sees Duncan every once in a while. He also said that Burt still has him traveling everywhere looking for his mate.
I'm moving back home next month. The twins need to know their father. I been modeling and did some commercials, acting for a living. It gives me the freedom to spend time with my kids. I take them with me everywhere.
Taylor phone rings
"Phone Conversation"
Taylor: Hello
Aunt Margie: I have some bad news for you
Taylor: What's wrong?
Aunt Margie: Your father was killed last night by rogues. The Alpha called me. Since they don't have your number.
Taylor: I'll catch a plane late tonight. (crying)
Aunt Margie: Stella was killed too
Taylor: Oh Okay. Will you come with me?
Aunt Margie: Yes, your uncle and I will go.
Taylor: You said the Alpha called you. Did you talk to Duncan?
Aunt Margie: No the asshole
Taylor: Oh Burt. I will see you all in a few
"End of call"
Early the next morning, her plane lands, Taylor is sitting there not moving. She is nervous, she doesn't know how Duncan is going to react to her coming back and their twins.
“You can do this Taylor." Her aunt said hugging her
Taylor nods her head, picks Trenee up. Her Uncle Forrest is holding a sleeping DJ.
They walk to the car rental to pick up the SUV she is renting. When they arrived at the house They were greeted by Amanda.
“We are selling this house. Do you hear me?” Amanda said looking around the house
"I'm not selling my house. The last time I check you don’t have a house to sell.” Taylor said looking at her house.
Amanda is about to say something when she noticed Taylor is holding two babies in her arms. “Are those yours?” Amanda said pointing at the twins
“Yes, they are,” Taylor said looking at Amanda
“I guess your Alpha doesn't know you been sleeping around. You even got knocked up by someone else.” Amanda said laughing and pointing at the twins
Taylor didn't reply. She is not going to let Amanda get to her. She is trying to cope with losing her father.
Amanda is standing in front of the door. She is still laughing pointing at the twins. Taylor looks at the door, making the door fly open, knocking Amanda on the floor. By using her Psychokinesis power. (the ability to move objects, it stronger than telekinesis)
Mr. Robinson her father's lawyer came by to give his condolences and to read the will.
"Zach had requested that it be done as soon as Taylor arrived. So that someone would know that they need to leave." Mr. Robinson said as he sits down on the sofa.
Amanda stomps in the living room. She is mad because she had fallen, rolling her eyes at Taylor
Margie looks at Amanda rolling her eyes.
"Taylor your father left you everything. This envelope contains everything that you need in it. After your aunt said you would arrive this morning I made the arrangement as your father requested. His service is at 10:30 today. He will be laid to rest beside your mother as he wished. Estella was cremated. Amanda, you can pick your mother's remains up whenever you want to." Mr. Robinson said as he is handing Taylor the large envelope.
“What about me? Don't I get anything? ” Amanda asks standing up looking at the envelope.
"Your mother didn't own anything. This house was Taylor's mother's house. Her father left her everything he owned. After all, she is his only child." Mr. Robinson said looking at Amanda.
Amanda is looking at Taylor rolling her eyes
“Call me if you need anything.” Mr. Robinson said as he is looking at Amanda rolling his eyes.
“You can have your mother's clothes and any other personal items of hers. You can call Aunt Margie in the next couple of days to arrange a day and time to pick them up. You need to find another place to stay. You won't be staying here. Don't come back to my house again. “ Taylor said looking at Amanda
Amanda looks at Taylor in disbelief
“You heard what I said, missy. Not get out of my house.” Taylor said looking at Amanda
DJ is walking to Taylor when the doorbell rang. "Can you take the kids upstairs?” She asks her Aunt
Her aunt picks the kids up walks upstairs Her Uncle Forrest is making sure Amanda leaves. Amanda is taking her time.
Taylor catches her breath before she opens the door. She is hoping it's Duncan. She would love to see him before her father's service.
Ashton is standing there smiling. “You look good Tay," Ashton said still smiling
"You do too, Ash," Taylor said returning the smile, hugging him.
“I'm sorry about your father.” He said looking at her
"Thank you. It's hard to believe that last week we were together having fun. Now my father is gone." She said shaking her head
"What? Your father knew where you were?" Ash asks her
"Yes, he knew. I ask him not to tell anyone.” She said nodding her head
"He didn't, even when Duncan Alpha commanded him," Ashton said looking at her confused
Taylor laughs. She knew Duncan would command her father. She had cast a spell, so nobody commands would work on him.
"How long will you be staying?" He asks as he sits down in a chair by the window
I'm staying here for good. I was planning on moving back next month anyway. How is Duncan?" She is looking out the window.
"He's not good. He misses you all the time. His father has him going to different packs to find his Mate." Ash looks at her shaking his head.
She drops her head.
"Duncan still loves only you Taylor. He'll be Alpha soon, everything will work out. You will see." Ashton said hugging Taylor
Forrest is pushing Amanda out the door.
“Your Alpha is not going to want you now.” Amanda yells and laughs
“What is that about?” Ashton asks looking at Amanda.
“I can't tell you right now. I have to talk to Duncan first. Then you will know everything.” She said looking at him nodding her head
'" Okay. well, his plane will be here in an hour. Do you want a ride to the cemetery?" Ashton said looking out the window at Amanda kicking her car
“No, I'll drive. But thank you.” She said smiling
"By the way, we saw you on tv and your pictures in the magazines. He commanded all-male pack members not to look at your photos in Sports Illustrated. When he saw you in any magazines, he bought them. Duncan never missed any of Victoria's Secret runway shows you were in on tv. He's proud of you. So am I." Ashton said smiling at Tay
"Thank you," Tay nods her head, smiles. "Duncan I love you so much. I hope you will forgive me for leaving" She is thinking
