Nicky's POV
As we enter the pack house, we're lead to a large dining hall. Clearly lunch time, I see a group of friends from school standing near the buffet table, and head over. I stand talking with them as I turn to watch my mother and sister pause for a moment before heading to the buffet. I can see the tension pinching in Tempy's shoulders. I scan the room and notice several of the pack chicks staring angrily at her back. Jealousy is an ugly trait at best, but on these painted bimbos, it looks horrendous. I continue to scan the room and see Alpha Liam and his friends have also taken an interest in my mother and sister.
