Eric's POV
They cast lots and to our surprise Liam and Zavian's match is first. The match is intense and it appears that Alpha Liam and the head of the Royal Guards are evenly matched. They are grappling and dodging trying to get a clean shot, when all of a sudden Zavian missteps resulting in Liam's first point, a solid punch to Zavian's jaw. Zavian quickly recovers and looks like he's about to attack, and Liam prepares to block the attack that appears to be coming in from the left and leaves himself open to a solid body punch on his right side. They are tied one to one. Liam recovers and tries to go on the offensive mounting an attack of his own, but when he gets halfway, Zavian advances and dodges, launching another powerful body shot in almost the same spot.
