Edith kept pacing back and forth in the office. The rest of the people that was there has left already. Only Alex, Juan and Pat was with her. “Edith can you sit still? Nothing will be solved by walking. You might burn a while on the floor with the way you drag your feet.” Alex scolded her. It was the first time she had done this in front of her hermana. She usually makes does this with Trish.
“How can I stay put? I just found my mate and now, he is going to battle again. The last time he was in the woods he got exiled. How about this time? Would he be spared again?” Edith clamored as she was frustrated already. She was waiting for two years for her mate and now fates wanted to take him away from him.
