Charles’s actions were simple but as Elena watched him she understood him and what he was thinking about.
"This time, it was my fault. I was not able to protect myself," Elena was dim.
"But aren’t you angry, that he tried to do something to me?"
"Stupid girl, how can I blame you for this kind of thing?" Charles looked awkward. "I am a little angry, but I am angrier that I was not able to protect you. And, I am even angrier that some people dare to bully you."
