Chapter 24 It was indeed another warm, sunny day in 1927. I looked up at the empty house for a moment, still curious whether it would ever be possible to bump into Miss Zenobia in the past. But now wasn't the time to test that theory. I followed the stepping stones around the side of the house to the front walk and set off for the Thomas house at a brisk pace.
