I heard the beeping of the machines around and the voices of my parents. My mother sounded the most remorseful for what had happened to me. My father did his best to reassure her. I also know he spent most of his nights watching over me. His scent made Tarja pace but I could not wake up. I would go between dreams of my friends and our band and dreams about the life I wanted with Jeff. Then there was darkness but with the sounds of reality around me.
