Chapter 8

We stop singing and starring at each other until I realize that the video is still recording. Then I stop it.

"I wanna see it." Sam said.

I played it. Our expression was like two couples and the last 15 seconds that time when we were starring at each other. I'd to cut that last thing but Sam stops me.

"Dont cut, it's cool." Sam said.

"Okay, as you want then uploading." I said.

"You promise me chocolate and ice cream for this." Sam whisper.

"Hey blonde, dont you see that my guitar is still broke?" I chuckle.

"You call me what? Blonde?" Sam giggles.

"Yeah because you're a cute blonde." I smirks.

"Ah you're trying to seduce me right?" Sam smirks.

"What? I'm not." I put my tounge out.

"Haha come on, give me that ice cream and chocolate." Sam smirks.

"No way." I hide those things behind my back.

"Emily give me or I will...." Sam smirks.

"What?" I grinned.

"This." Sam tickling my hips as I cant stop laughed.

"Haha stop it please yes I will give you." My eyes glaze.

"No way!" He still tickling me.

"Sam, please." I made my puppy eyes.

He finally stop and take that ice cream away from me. I looked at him and cross my hand on my chest.

"Here." Sam feed me that ice cream.

I opened my mouth and he feed me. We just like a couple. Like seriously.

I turned my head back to the laptop see the comments on my video that I just upload.

Cute couple! Please cover a love song together.

What? We dont dates. He doesnt even know that I like him. He might consider me as his friend or his senior, maybe.

I keep my eyes look into the laptop and replied some comments and chatting with Kurt. Sam still sitting beside me and eating that ice cream.

"Emily?" Sam asked.

"Yes?" I answer without looking at him.

"Will you have a date with me?" Sam asked shyly.

What? Did he just asked me to go on a date? Lord am I dreaming?

I turned my face into him. "I'd love to, Sam." I smile at him.

"Well, we will have a dinner in Breadstix tomorrow night. Agree?"

"Sure!" I give him a big smile.

"I'll pick you up then." He smiled.

"Now, wanna watch movie?" I asked.

"Sure. What are we gonna watch?"

"Friends with Benefits?" I asked.

"Good movie!" Sam said.

"Hey you guys wanna watch movie without us?" Finn come from his room.

"Hey babe, we can cuddle by the way." Puck smirks at me.

"Dont you dare or I'll call Quinn. Come on, Sam dont stay close with him. He's a nasty guy. He might seduce you." I stand up and sit in the bed.

"But the one and only seduce me it was you, Emily." Sam giggle.

"What? Emily seduced you?" Finn frown.

"Hey I wasnt. He was wrong to identify his nickname." I said.

Finn rolled his eyes and input a dvd to my dvd player. I sit on my bed, my head againts the wall. Sam sits on the floor his head againts my bed. Finn layin his body in the sofa corner my room. And Puck? Sitting beside Sam.

We are watching Friends With Benefits. I love this movie because the actor is Justin Timberlake, I like him and his voice. Suddenly my phones ringing. A text from Mr. Schue.

I saw your cover song in your youtube channel. That's good. Hope you ready for the next regional, Emily. :)

To: Mr. Schue

Thank you so much, Mr. Schue. I'll do my best for that.

From: Mr. Schue

Is the guitar that I gave you okay? Hope you'll take care of it.

To: Mr. Schue

The strings broke again but it already fixed by Sam. Thank you so much.

From: Mr. Schue

You're welcome beautiful.

Is that what Finn and Mercedes said was right? Is that Mr. Schue treated me different than the others? But why?

"Finn, read this." I move my body and give Finn my phones. Finn gasped his mouth. Like he dont believe what he read.

"What I said was right, Em." Finn shake his head.

"But why?" I asked.

"He might be like you." Finn simply answer.

"Who is you guys talking about?" Puck asked.

"Mr. Schue." Finn answer.

"What happened between you and Mr. Schue?" Sam asked.

"Actually nothing. But he is weird. He almost text me everyday asked me the same thing. And the other said that he treats me different than the others." I said.

"Wow, the reason why you always rejected me because your type is mature guy." Puck smirks.

"The reason why I always rejected you because you are a womanizer. Actually I dont like Mr. Schue. He's 10 years older than me. He could be my uncle not my boyfriend." I protest. I laying flat on my bed. My head placing beside Sam's head and let out a sigh.

He looked at me, winks and smile. I suddenly wake up and cover my whole body with blanket to hide my blush. Then I heard Sam is giggling.

Oh you Sam Evans, you'll pay for this. You have to bring me to a date. You should.

"Em, you dont wanna watch?" Finn asked.

"No. I want to sleep." I still cover my whole body with blanket and fall asleep with Sam's smile as my dream.

I wake up and groan. I see that the boys is not here. Only Finn who sleep next to me. Where is Sam and Puck? I looked at my watch it's 9.35am.

"Finn, wake up. Why are you sleeping here?" I said as I feel my sore throat.

"You sick, Em?" Finn finally wake up.

"I dont know but my throat not feel good and got little bit headache." I said.

Finn place his hand on my head. "You got fever!" Finn almost screams.

"Just a fever. Where is the Sam and Puck?" I asked.

"They both sleeping in my room. I wont let them sleep with you so I moved here. Em, you look so pale." Finn said.

"I will call mom, after this." Finn added.

"No, I dont want her to worried about me. Please Finn." I said.

"Okay. But you take care yourself. I will have a date with Rachel today. But I can canceled it and tell her that you are sick." Finn said.

"No. Dont canceled it. It will disappear soon. Dont worry." I said weakly.

Finn stands up "you wait here. I'll cook food for you and take your medicine." Finn walked out my room.

That is Finn. My brother. Sometimes he can be so much annoying but he can be over protective when I'm sick and become the real old brother.

I feel my stomach not feel good and wanna throw up. So I run to the bathroom and threw up. I walked back to my room until I see Sam standing there.

"You scared me, Sam." I said weakly and layin my body in my bed.

"I heard someone throw up so I wake up. You sick?" Sam come closer to me and sits beside where I lay my body.

"Sorry for wake you up. Kind of. But I'm okay." I said half-smile.

Sam place his hand on my forehead. "You got fever, Emily." Sam said.

"It will disappear after 12pm. Trust me." I smile.

"Where is Finn?" He asked.

"Here." Finn coming with a tray.

"Eat this chicken poridge, and this is your medicine. I need to get ready. Sam take her care, I'll be back." Finn walked to his room.

"Hey come on eat." Sam said.

"I dont feel like I want to, my stomach not feel good, Sam." I said.

"Come on open your mouth." Sam holds the spoon and feed me.

"Sam, but I dont...." I got cut as Sam feed me.

"Since you got sick, I'll cancel our date today." Sam said.

"Dont. I'm okay. I promise you, it will disappear soon." I said sadly.

"Now, eat this food. Finn just made it for you." Sam still feed me.

Sam still feed me until the last bite and help me to drink my medicine. He is so protective and full of affection. God this the man that I wanted the most.

"Yeay finished!" Sam giggle.

I smile at him. "Promise me that you wont cancel our date today."

"Yes princess." He said.

"Pinkie swear?" I lift up my pinkie to him.

"Pinkie swear." He cross his pinkie to mine.

"Now, you get home and change your cloth then pick me up here at 7." I said smiling.

"Alright then." He smile back as he walked to Finn's room wave him good bye and me good bye.

"See you tonight." Sam smiled and close my door.

"You and him? Is there something happened?" Puck walks into my room.

"We will have a date tonight." I simply answer.

"You never ask me for a date, Em." Puck protest.

"You have Quinn, Noah." I said.

"Em, is it okay if I leave you alone?" Finn asked as he ready to go.

"She is sick, man?" Puck asked.

Finn nodded.

"Dont worry. I'll stay here." Puck said.

"No, you better out. Quinn must asking where the hell her boyfriend is." I said.

"Come on." Finn grabs Puck hand and walked out from my room.

"Finn, I'm forget, I'll have date with Sam tonight." I said.

"Its okay if your fever disappear. Bye Em, take care." Finn wave me good bye.

"Bye Emily." Puck walkes off.

I feel my eyes got heavy, maybe this is the effect of the medicine. I let myself fall asleep and set alarm so I will wake up before Sam picked me up.

I wake up and I see my watch its 5.30pm. I have to get ready. I lift my body up slowly but I can feel that my head really heavy, I can't walk with this big headache but how about the dates? No. I ruin my first and Sam's dates. I grab my phone and decide to call Sam.

"Sam?" I said weakly.

"Yes, you sound more weak than this morning."

"About the dates, I cant. My body wont let me to walk. My head so heavy. I'm so sorry." I can feel my tears down.

"Is Finn already home yet?" Sam asked.

"Not yet. I'm sorry Sam." I cried.

"No. You dont need to. Take care of yourself." Sam hung up the phone.

He must be mad at me. I cant stop the tears that come down. I ruin our first date. I ruin everything. Emily, you sucks!

I finally stop crying until I heard someone step walked upstairs. It might be Finn. A knocked in my door.

"Come in!" I said.

No it is not Finn but it was Sam.

"Since we can have a date outside, so we will have date here." Sam smiled.

"I bring you medicine and food for our dinner and movies." Sam input the dvd on the dvd player and sits next to me cover his body with my blanket.

"It is better to have a date here than the outside." Sam said.

"Sam, I'm so sorry." I cry again.

"Hey, dont cry. You dont need to. See? We have still our dates here." Sam hug me.

First time he hug me. OMG!!

"Em, what do you think about dyslexia?" Sam asked.

"It is kind of surplus for some lucky people. Why?"

"I have dyslexia. I'm weak with Math and sometimes I can do stupid things." Sam said sadly.

"You're amazing. Anyway I can be your tutor if you want me to help you." I said as looked at him.

"Seriously?" He asked.

I nodded with smile.

"Is it okay if your boyfriend has dyslexia?" Sam asked.

"Actually it's fine but I dont have any." I said.

"Well you had now." Sam smiled.

"Sam, did you just..?" I got cut off as Sam kissed me softly. Our first kiss and our first hug also our first date is in my room.

"Call me, a blonde boyfriend." Sam said as he follows Tony Starks voices.

I suddenly laughed at him. I move my body and place my head onto his chest and his hand wrap my back.

"You know what? You're my first boyfriend and my first kiss." I said.

"You too. You are my first of anything. That's why I have to catch you first before Mr. Schue take you away." Sam giggle.

"You know what? I dont like him. I like you since the first time I saw you in the choir room." I said.

"Well, me too." Sam chuckled.

I grab my phones and took a picture of me in Sam's hand then I upload it as my profile picture and my wallpaper.

"Hey baby, your body still freezing, dont make much move." Sam lift my body up to him to keep me warm.

"You know what? When I uploaded the video that we cover song yesterday there is a comment that said we are cute couple." I giggle.

"Well, we are." Sam chuckle.

I feel warm in Sam's hand. I could feel that medicine effect is still working on me, my eyes got darker and I fall asleep in my blonde boyfriend's arm.
