Chapter 3

"Emily! You're awake? Dinner is ready!" Finn shouts from the downstairs.

I groan and opened my eyes slowly and streching. Then walked downstairs. And turn my way to the dining room.

"Hey, you've been sleeping sweetie?" Mom asked me.

I just nodded and sit next to Finn until I realize that Quinn and Mercedes are here. I raise my eyebrows at them and rub my eyes. Am I still sleep walking or anything?

"You were sleep walking for a dinner huh?" Mercedes chuckles.

I half-smiled at her. "I've been sleeping since I got home today. Praise the Lord I can take a nap. Actually long nap." I said to her.

"Did Puck drive you home today?" Quinn grins at me.

"He did." I simply nodded.

"Puck likes Emily!" Quinn laughed.

"He just want to get into my pant. That's all." I simply said. "Anyway who am I? A cheerleader? Nope. A popular girl? Absolutely not." I added while eating my food.

"He said that you have an sexy butt." Finn chuckles.

I rolled my eyes and still eating my food. The door bell rings. I stand up from my sest and walk to the front door to open it and I see Puck there and grins at me.

"What are you doing here?" I raise my eyebrows at him.

"Hey babe calm down. I just want to meet your brother." He smirks at me and walks in.

I let out a sigh and roll my eyes then close the door. I walk back to my dining room and go back to sit down on my seat and continue have dinner.

"Hey Puck. We just had dinner, have you have one?" Mom asked him.

"Hey, Carole. No. Thank you. I just ate." He sits next to me.

I finish my dinner then stand up and clear up the table as the other finish the dinner. This is what I did to help my mom every day.

"That sexy ass! You need help?" Puck said to me.

"No. It's okay, it's my daily job in this house so hush." I glare at him.

"If you need help just call me babe." Puck smirks at me.

"If you cant shut up I would kick your ass and throw you out from here!" I cross my arms on my chest.

"If you do that. I will force you to kiss me so hard." Puck grins at me.

"Ewww." I roll my eyes.

I finished clear up the dishes and the dining table. Then walked back to my room and find my phone. And I got a text from Kurt.

Kurt

Rachel told me that you need help.

Emily

Oh yes. That girl-.- can we talk tomorrow?

Kurt

Yes sure.

"Who are you texting to?" Mercedes stands in front of my door.

"Kurt. Hey come in." I turn my face at her.

"Why dont you joined us in the next room?" Mercedes asked as she sit down on the edge of my bed.

"I was about to continue my sleep."

"Or you avoiding your brother's bestfriend?" Mercedes chuckles.

"Binggo!" I giggle.

"Hey I know the guy you like." Mercedes grins at me. "Mike, right?" Mercedes raises her eyebrows at me.

"But h-how could you know?" I frown at her.

"Your eyes sweety. Evertime you looked at him is different." Mercedes giggles.

"But I dont want to date him. I just like him and beside he is Tina's." I half-smiled at her.

"Emily, I know all that things." Mercedes said to me. "Finn always told me everything and I always have my eyes on you. You have a good personality. You dont want your friend get hurt and you dont realize that you're smart also a popular girl." Mercedes smiles at me.

"Wow. I never knew that you were spying on me!" I chuckle. "Find me somebody to love." I sing.

"You will find later. Believe me!" Mercedes rubs my sleeve.

"You'll stay for the night?" I asked at her.

"If you want to. Why not?" She giggles.

"Yeay I have a space for you to sleep here." I chuckle.

"You dont have any space for me sleep next to you?" Puck said from the connecting door.

I rolled my eyes and exhale. Mercedes just giggles and Puck is still standing ony connecting door to Finn's room. I dont wanna talk to him.

"You dont let me in?" Puck asked me.

I rolled my eyes. "Come in! We can watch movie."

"The Saw?" Puck asked.

"No!"

"Yes!"

"Get out you jerk!"

"A hot jerk!"

"Puck! I hate you!"

"What you love me?"

"No!"

"Yes baby!"

I glare at him and throw my pillow to his face and it landed right on his face. I glare at him then pouted at him as he walks into my room.

"Hey you guys, I ever read that true love came from the true hate." Mercedes giggles.

I rolled my eyes. I like Mike not Puck anyway, I only like Mike but not love him. That's all. I havent find a guy who I can say 'i love you' yet.

"Puck stop tease her. She doesnt like you. The one she likes is...." Finn shouts from the next room.

"Finn stop it!" I cut him off.

I put the dvd to the dvd player and watched it. I lay my body on my bed and Mercedes next to me. And Puck layin his body on the carpet on the floor. Then I fall asleep like usual.

I walked in the hallways alone. Going to find my locker but I stop my way when I passed the choir room, I heard Finn's screaming. I entered the choir room and see Puck and Finn are fighting and beating at each other.

"You guys! Stop!" I shouts to stops them and hold Finn's body. "What happened to you guys?" I frown at them.

"You were right, Emily. You were. Quinn's baby is not mine but his!" Finn said as he pointed at Puck. "And the news in already become a big news in this school. Quinn got kicked out from the cheerios and I broke up with her because I found that they were cheating behind my back!" Finn said angrily.

"We were drunk!" Puck protest.

"But you know that she is my girlfriend!" Finn yelled and start to punch him again.

I stop him and catch his hand and hold his body and bring him out from the choir room to avoid any beat or fighting.

"How come you know that?" I ask Finn.

"Last night, I forced Quinn to tell me the truth. Because I remember that we didnt do that thing before. Then she told me that." Finn says and let his head down.

I hug him. "Dont sad, my bro, you finally find the answer. Anyway we can get out from this school earlier and went to somewhere." I said to him.

Finn turns his face at me. He nodded and grabs my hand. I follow him and we walked away to the parking lot and missed our class.

"If mom knows about this, she would kick Quinn from our house." I said while Finn start driving.

"Her father already realized that he will have a grandchild soon. So she can back to her house today." Finn said.

"Finn, I know you little bit like Rachel." I said.

"Yeah I kinda like her, she is talented and beautiful." Finn giggles.

"Go date her then." I said.

"But she has a boyfriend, doesnt she?" Finn asked.

"Yep. Jesse St. James." I said.

We've been quiet for a while until my phones ringing.

Where the hell are you?

Emily

Been out for a while with Finn. He broke up.

Rachel

What happened?

Emily

Meet in my home at 5 okay

Rachel

"Who's that? Mike?" Finn asked.

"I bet Mike doesnt even know my number. It was Rachel. She will come this evening." I answer.

"So where are we going to?" Finn asked.

"Breadstix? I'm hungry." I said to him.

Finn drive us to Breadstix. I went out from the car and take my phone then start texting Kurt.

Problem solved by itself. You have dont to help me. Thanks for offering by the way. Love you hummel xo

I keep looking at my phone and walk into Breadstix until I crush into a guy.

"Ups sorry." I smile at him.

"It's okay." He smile back at me.

This guy is gorgeous. He is so tall and good looks. His smile is so cute and his body built perfect. Can I get his number? I keep smiling at him until Finn interupts us.

"Did my girlfriend annoy you?" Finn asked the guy.

"No. She doesnt. Well see you." The guy half-smiled at us and walk away.

"Dont you think that you were stupid? Our face look similar and why you told that guy that I'm your girlfriend?" I protest. "One more step and I'll have a boyfriend, Finn!" I exhale.

"I wont let you date that guy." Finn shakes his head.

"There's another reason why no boys likes you." Finn pointed at how fast I eat.

"There will be!" I said.

I looked at my watch. 4.30pm. Rachel will coming in 30 minutes.

"Come on lets go home. Rachel will wait for me." I said and walked to the cashier to pay the food.

Finn walked out from Beeadstix and go back to parking lot. He may cant be wait for Rachel since I know he had crush on her.

"Let's go home." I shouts.

"Emily you shut up!" Finn yelled.

I rolled my eyes as Finn start driving. I turn my face to the street and we've been quiet for a while until I start speaking.

"Finn, is there any chance for me to get Mike?" I turn my face at Finn.

"Actually it is. All I know they werent officially dating. They just went out together beside they are asians and close to each other." Finn said to me. "Anyway, you said that you dont want to date him." Finn added.

"I was. But sometimes I think having a someone close to you more than your bestfriend is cool. And actually, I want to have someone to tell anything because sometimes you cant tell anything to your bestie or your siblings. That's it." I said to him.

"You desperated in love like really. Go ahead date Puck then." Finn grinned.

"If I date him, all we can do is making baby like everyday and I dont want it. I want a cute little relationship." I said.

"Emily, you're beautiful, popular and smart. You can get that." Finn smiled at me. "Anyway after sectionals we will open recruitment new member for the glee club. So there might be the guy will catch your eyes." Finn added.

"Like the way Mike catched my eyes for the first time I saw that Asian guy." I chuckle.

"So your type is asian now?" Finn giggle.

"Not really but his brown asian eyes is pretty." I chuckle.

"You know what? You become drunk when you like someone else." Finn said as we went out from the car and walked inside home.

"Well this is me." I chuckle and opened the door.

I opened the door anf enter my house as I see Rachel and Kurt are sitting down on the couch and they were waiting for me.

"Hey you guys. Thank you for wasting your time waited me." I said to them.

"Hey Rachel and Kurt." Finn smiled and walked upstairs to his room.

"Come on we can talk in my room." I said.

They both followed me walking upstairs and entered my room. I locked the door also the connecting door so Finn cant disturb us.

"So what happened between Finn and Quinn?" Kurt asked me.

"They broke up. Quinn is pregnant. And the baby wasnt Finn's but it is Puck's." I said.

"The good news is, she doesnt live here anymore." I said happily.

"She was?" Rachel frowns.

I nodded. "She was. Mom let her stay here after Finn told that her dad kicked her out. I was about to asked Kurt about this to find out but the problem is clear. Hey Rachel, Finn told me something today." I grin at Rachel.

"What?" Rachel frown.

"He said that he's kinda like you." I chuckle.

"Emily dont lie to me!" Rachel yelled.

"I'm not lying." I said.

"You are the only one liar, Rachel." Kurt mumbled.

"What? I'm not!" Rachel yelled.

"Hey what time is it? We have to go. My dad will wondering where the hell his son is." Kurt said as he stand up from my bed.

"That Burt Hummel and Kurt Hummel." Rachel rolls her eyes.

"You guys wont stay?" I asked them.

They shake their heads. "Sorry."

"See you tomorrow, Emily!" Rachel hug me and walked downstairs so did Kurt.

"See you lads!" I shouts from my room.

I grab my towel and clothes to take a bath. I walked into the bathroom but suddenly my phone is ring.

Puck

We need to talk about Finn.

I ignore his text and walked away to the bathroom.

"Twins dinner is ready!" Mom shouts from the downstairs.

I made a quick bath then get dressed and walked downstairs and turn my way to the dining room.

"Hey mom, it seems like you went home earlier today." I said as seat in the chair.

"Yeah. Miss my twins early today." She giggles.

I live only with Finn and our Mom. Our father passed away when we were little so mom has to work hard to support us and this house? Actually it's too big for three person. Me, Finn and mom has our own room with our own bathroom inside. My room and Finn has connecting door.

"Is Finn already told you that Quinn's baby is not his?" I asked.

"He hasnt. So whose it was?" Mom frown.

"The one and only your beloved Puckerman, mom." I simply answer.

"Puck?" Mom gasps.

"Binggo!"

"But how come? Quinn just called me this noon and she thank me for letting her stay here and now she can come back to her house." Mom said.

"Ask Finn. No one of my businees. Anyway, what I said was right." I said as eating my food.

"Yeah you're right. Where is Finn by the way?" Mom look around as she doesnt see her beloved stupid son.

"Here." Finn walked downstairs.

"So Emily just told me everything." Mom said to Finn.

"Your mouth Emily!" Finn yelled.

"What? Is it wrong to tell our mom?" I yelled back.

"No. I mean I can tell her first." Finn said.

"I just did." I simply said.

"Oh come on you two." Mom chuckle.

Finn rolled his eyes. I let out a sigh. After had dinner, I walked upstairs to my room and sleep.
