My chest ached painfully.
It was the most painful feeling I had ever experienced.
It felt like my heart had been teared apart, and my body was changing in ways I couldn't understand. My breathing turned erratic and my vision turned blurry.
I faintly noticed that woman, Anna, who claimed to be Ryan's wife, asking me if I was okay, looking at me worriedly. The fact that I was not reacting normally made me confused. But I had no time to think of that. I was in too much pain.
