The next day I woke up feeling lighter. Yesterday had started so f*cked up, but it ended better than I could have imagined. I drove Cionna home after we hung out on the bridge for a while, and we had plans to have dinner tonight at Marco's Italian Bistro.
I can't believe how lucky I am. After what happened with Josey, I knew staying in town any longer wasn't a good idea, but I didn't mind postponing my move to spend time with Cionna. She is a breath of life I needed before returning to solitude. She makes me want to live again.
I smile at the thought of her. She is so bright, funny, and beautiful. I'm in such a good mood even a long day at work couldn't ruin it. Thanks to my lovely hardon problems and leaving work unexpectedly, I have to work a ten-hour shift today. I wil
