Ryan walked in and plopped down on the couch.
“Well, did she forgive us?” They asked.
“She did,” Ryan said as they breathed a sigh of relief, “but only me.” Their faces dropped.
“She said you all have to apologize to her. You had the choice of not acting like the blind mice and following along. Her words, not mine,” Ryan told them.
Their brows furrowed. “Fine.”
“How did you get her to forgive you, brother dear?” Elena asked him.
“I told her who Mario is,” he answered.
Elena’s face drained of color.
“Relax, I told her, he was your ex. I didn’t tell her the entire story,” he added.
“Why not?” Jordan asked.
“Cause it’s not mine to tell, and she didn’t ask,” he shrugged.
