Chapter 14-02
Just as we sat in Austin car. “Your dad huh?” He faces me. I smile nervously.
“Yeah, he deserve the best dad of the year award.” Austin burst in chuckles at the comment. Well I’m happy because a second ago it was tense in here. I relax buckling myself in.
“You ready for today's adventure?”
“Ready as ever.” I breathe out enjoying his presence with me. He kick start the ignition.
“You look beautiful by the way.” My head snap to him but his eyes stayed ahead driving as if he didn't blurt out those words. Those longing yet dreadfully confusing words. Austin can be the most confusing boy I’ve ever met in my life.
Did he really say I look beautiful? I shake it off closing my eyes and relaxing, the smell of the car mix with his cologne, a perfect mix. I inhale loving it.
