Looking at the massive black bear-like John in front of him, Carl cursed on the inside. "Weakness? Does this dude look like he has a weakness?"

"Wait a minute!" He recalled how Instructor Yates managed to knock him down with a sweeping kick because he was going too fast. The circumstances then and now were very similar.
