The light from outside reached Tea's face the curtains were partially parted just enough to light the room, she had been laying on her back the whole night, the sunlight had yet to hit Drake's face as his back was facing the window, his arms were still around her waist, but they weren't as firm as they were when he first pulled her into him to cuddle.
She slid from his grasp, he didn't budge she sighed in relief, he was a heavy sleeper. She made her way to the bathroom and looked at herself studying her face, her eyebrows frowned because she knew she was going to have to do a serious facial when she got home due to not removing the makeup from the night before, she grabbed a clean neatly folded washcloth from a black woven basket that was sitting on the large bathroom counter, she turned the hot water on and soaked the washcloth, rang it out, then ran it across her face several times getting rid of what was left from the night before, causing it to turn a light brown. She rung the cloth out and placed it in a white bin that had been labeled 'Laundry' she grabbed the small container of toothpaste and pulled the extra toothbrush from its plastic wrapper and proceeded to brush her teeth turning the cold water on she cupped her hands under the flowing water and brought them to her mouth ringing the remaining toothpaste, she knew she'd have to repeat this process when she got back to her condo, she shook her head and sighed. She moved toward the toilet and lifted the seat to use it, she heard ruffling noises coming from the room and quickly hurried to wash her hands and opened the bathroom door.
Drake finally rolled over feeling the now empty space next to him. He sat up with his eyes still squinting, running a hand over his low cut fade, then down the front of his face then down his beard, he frowned and looked around confused, he knew he drank alot but he also knew damn well a woman was laying in the bed curled up under him throughout the night
"Am I tripping?!" He mumbled to himself. Looking around the room he noticed Tae's bag and shoes in the corner, he smiled and bit down at his bottom lip. "Yeah, I knew I wasn't tripping." He reached into his pocket for his phones, as panic set in he stood up surveying the room his body loosened as he saw both phones and his wallet were neatly lined up next to each other, he walked around the large bed picking up his iPhone, the battery was on 10% he pushed the center button on his blackberry it was on 4%. Due to their low battery percentage, he made the choice to go through them later, his notifications were lighting up every few seconds. He pulled the black fitted OVO shirt over his head, then walked over to his belongings, shuffling through his suitcase he pulled out two separate chargers and pugged both phones in.
Her gaze met a half-naked Drake his black pants were sitting low on his waist and the waistband of his black Calvin Cline boxers where visible, his V-Cut wasn't deep but still defined, he looked alot different than what she expected, she wasn't really sure what she expected his body to look like in person, he wasn't the type of celebrity to show off his physical physique even if it wasn't bad to look at. Not until recently, his i********: would show the random and rare surprise of a drastically changed body from 2010 and so on. His d**k print also visible enough for a vivid thought, something else she wasn't expecting to be what she was currently looking at, he walked like his d**k was big and the rumors she had come across about his crazy s*x obsession and how he ranked in bed were never negative. She continued her staring pressing her lips together, Drake cleared his throat trying to grab her attention, her eyes still ogled he body deep in her thoughts her facial expressions changing as she mental spoke to herself, his chest and arms were huge, his shoulders and back were wider than she remembered or if she even remembered looking at it. He grinned happily as he watched her take in all his unexpected galore.
"You see something you like?" He finally said out loud. She blinked several time snapping herself back to reality.
"No.... I mean... Uh, yes.... Not like yes... Like, No!... I just... I just didn't expect... You... to be up..... And shirtless." She replied back fidgeting with her hair, tossing it from one side to the other.
"Right." He said smiling. He looked passed her into the bathroom noticing the items she used to get herself together as best as she could. "So you was just gone cuddle with me, then leave me? Hhmmm, I'm not worth breakfast to you!?" He playfully scolded her with a smirk and frown, c*****g his head to the side.
"Please! You practically made me cuddle with you, your arms strapped me to the bed!" She debated back to him as she mocked his posture. Drake watched her as she sat down at the end of the bed to put her shoes on.
"Well, you were too comfortable for me to not sleep next to.... Where you going!? You not going to hang out with me, it's an off day, no tour, I don't fly back to LA till tomorrow night." He said looking down at her, his smile had disappeared and a bit of sadness crossed his face. Tae looked up from slipping on her shoes she pulled her hair into a high bun picking up her purse.
"I would but unfortunately I do have a few meetings, but you have my number we'll link up when we get back to LA, my flight is tomorrow morning, so we can talk then." Drake nodded his hand in understanding, he walked over to Tae pulling her into a tight hug, his arms were huge around her, she sunk into him wrapping her arms around his waist, she could smell his cologne when she breathed in, she immediately felt her legs get weak, his skin was soft and warm. Her mouth open, her eyes rolled to the back her thoughts were what they shouldn't have been but were interrupted by a kiss to the top of her head and his deep voice, that was slowly getting back to how it normally sounded.
"Thank you for joining me last night, you're beautiful." He said looking down at her genuine in his words, she met his almond shaped eyes and took a deep breath another wave of his cologne hit her and she remained speechless with her mouth slightly open.
"Thank you for inviting me... Thank you." She finally mustard up a reply. Drake released her from his grasp he watched her as she walked to the bedroom door and opened it, she closed it behind her and breathed out a sigh of relief. She walked down the suite hall and was met by Oliver sitting at a small dark wood table, two iPhones face up and piles of papers on the table, he looked up at her and smiled.
"Good Morning." He said to her as he picked up one of the iPhone's that had lit up with a text.
"Hey, Good Morning." She looked at him as he slid his finger across the screen. "Nothing happened by the way, I ended up falling asleep."
Oliver chuckled. "We're all adults, even if something did." He replied back.
"Yeah. Right."
"Don't worry, I know you're good." He winked. She smiled and nodded then turned walking towards the door.
"Thank you for taking care of him though, you didn't have to, I appreciate that." Oliver finally said as he placed his phone back on the table looking at Tae, within seconds it lit up again, a short vibration went off along with it, this time Oliver paid no attention to it and continued looking at Tae, she looked at the phone then back at Oliver.
"It was no trouble, at all." She laughed. Oliver let out a chuckle while nodding his head.
"Have you thought about my business proposal at all?" Oliver's phone was still going off, yet he showed no interest, she frowned and looked down the hall she just came from.
"Oliver, I appreciate the proposal. I really do... But I mean I'm at Supreme now launching new apparel... Visuals I can't just leave now." Oliver nodded, understanding her situation. She had been texting Drake over a period of a week but growing fond of him. He seemed like he could be a great friend, relationship-well she wasn't sure, he was a bit of a heartbreaker granted not by choice but judging by the content of some of his songs as of lately he was looking for something serious, looking for someone special to share these vacations and winnings with, someone he could fully trust and build something with, he had his fun doing and moved with an abundance of women as he pleased, but for some reason he just couldn't find that one female to do that with as they all began to blend into one another, she wouldn't mind being around him personally maybe it growing from business to an actual personal friendship.
"I will say it's going to be hard trying to find someone as trustworthy as you, you had that mans wallet in your hands, full of limitless credit cards and a stack of $100's and the only thing you pulled out was a room key. I thank you for that, the offer remains on the table, think about, get my number from Chubbs and text me whenever you feel ready." Tae smiled at Oliver, she knew what he was doing last night, he had been watching her interaction with Drake the whole night, he was making sure she could truly handle him, if she could be trustworthy. He could have stepped in at any time but he didn't. She followed through until she knew he was safe.
"No problem and I definitely will, I'll give it more thought." She assured him. Oliver stood up and gave Tae a hug, he walked her to the door and showed her out, Once the door was closed Tae rested her back against it thinking to herself. Then making her way to the elevators.
