Reagan touched her bleeding head, she looked around but didn't see who had hit her, but she saw the next person that approached her sister. She waved her hand and an invisible force sent the person flying to the wall;
"I said move." reagan said, holding her right hand up.
"Come on, give us a piece too 'queen' " a man said as he laughed, the crowd joined him. His eyes changed and his canine elongated.
"He's a vampire." Layla said in fear.
He had a bat in his hand, reagan knew he had hit her, using his speed to get to her. She watched him carefully; "Get out of my way or you'll regret it." Reagan said again
"You're in no position to make such demands." another one, a tough looking woman said. She also looked like a vampire, she collected the bat and sped towards reagan, but she got struck in reagan's grip. Reagan had gripped her neck, she threw her like a piece of nothing, then waved both her hands at the crowd and sent each of them flying. Reagan took her sister's hand, they ran towards the car and got in;
"Let's go back to the castle." reagan said
"Yes my Queen." noah said, then drove.
The prime returned to the castle, hoping to have a talk with his queen, he wanted to make her status clear to her. But his chambers was empty, she wasn't there, he sent a maid to the princess's mansion but she returned with a negative response. The commander oliver came with the message ;
"The queen isn't here prime, she left with her sister into the kingdom."
"And who went with them?" julian asked
"Commander noah, my prince."
"Call him to bring them back now!" Lohith ordered.
Just then, the car drove in and pulled up in front of them, reagan and layla stepped out; "Greetings prime, Greetings my prince." Layla said.
Reagan dropped her head, she didn't looked at anyone. "Greetings, i need to get some rest." she said and tried to walk away. Lohith smelled her blood and held her back, he moved her hair out of her face and saw the cut and bloodstain.
"What happened?" he asked, his tone sounded calm but his temper was about to explode.
"An accident, it will heal." she said
"That is not the answer to my question." Lohith said through clenched teeth.
"We were attacked." Layla blurted out.
"Layla." reagan called
"Are you alright?" julian asked, scanning her body for injuries.
"I am, but she's not, she was hit on the head with a bat. They called her a w***e and said she's not fit to be queen, the man that hit her was a vampire, i think the were all vampires." Layla ranted on, reagan shook her head.
Lohith looked at julian, "Sniff out who did this and rip his head out." he said
"Of course."
Before reagan could move, Lohith had carried her in his arms; "I can walk prime." she said.
"Not as fast as i can." he replied, then disappeared and appeared in their room. He placed her on the bed, then slowly moved her hair to see the cut. It was healing already but slowly; "You should let me mark you, your healing ability would be faster and your stamina stronger."
"I have your blood in my veins right." reagan said annoyingly
"It's not enough."
"You're not touching me."
Lohith clenched his fist, he had come to know that she felt nothing for him, not a slightest bit of emotion. It frustrated him, how can his source of peace still be his source of pain? He needed to get this frustration out, so he walked out of the room.
"Let's go." he said to julian who was having a conversation with Layla. Julian didn't argue, he sensed his cousin's rage and just followed, they went in search of the vampire who dared to lay hand on his queen.
Reagan slowly paced up and down the room, being queen wasn't what she wanted, she needed to find a way to kill the prime once and for all. He was becoming so attached to her and she wasn't comfortable with it, the only person who could tell her what she needed to hear was gianna. She dialed her phone again;
"I told you to call me."
"Sorry, i was a little busy." gianna said
"I'm coming to nebraska." reagan said
"How possible is that?"
"Don't worry your pretty head about that, just be ready for me."
"Of course my queen." gianna chuckled
"Stop calling me that." reagan said
"See you soon."
"See you soon."

"Please prime, spare our lives, i beg you." the man kneeling said.
"You don't value your lives, if you did, you wouldn't have touched the prime's mate." julian said
"I apologize my prince, please prime, forgive us." the woman pleaded, they were low rank vampires who had no chance with the king of demons. Rumors had it that he was more than that but no one could prove it, or knows it for a fact.
"You touched his mate, why?" julian asked, lohith growled, his reddish gold eyes were the only thing the man could see in the dark, and it didn't look like the eyes of a being but a creature.
"I'm sorry prime, we weren't acting alone...."
'Anne.' the man called her in his mind.
"Speak Vamp!" julian yelled
"Some vamp tribes do not approve of the queen, we were only acting on what we were ordered to. Please...."
Lohith had heard enough, he released his breath of fire on them and watched them scream as they burned. It satisfied his blood lust and rage, he growled in satisfaction, then he said to julian;
'Bring those treacherous alphas to me.'
"Lohith, think carefully....."
'Your compassion for them is understandable, but i don't need traitors in my kingdom.' Lohith snarled, then flew away deep into the clouds.
"Stubborn Beast." Julian muttered.
