After the welcome-back party, I made arrangements to leave home when Nina ran to me. Initially, I saw Jackson leave and I saw Nina go after him too.
I have come to realize that for me to penetrate Jackson well, I didn't need to be his rival, I needed to keep him close.
Persuading him to come back to Inkstone, and my kind gestures toward him were all I did to become cool with him.
