“Pregnant?” I recited. I didn't know how to feel, pondering the last conversation I had with Sarah.
“Pregnancy.” Gamma stood instantly, attempting not to hide his elation.
I didn't want my thoughts and negative energy to spoil the celebration, so I moved near to Liam.
“Congratulations. I guess a future Beta for my son is on the way.” I remarked, and the three of us laughed.
Yet, my thoughts couldn't stop coming in. Sarah would have been the happiest for Alexia if she was still here. There is no divorce happening between Alexia and Liam, and they are expecting a baby soon.
The light atmosphere made us forget about what we were going to organize.
“Let me have a look at things,” Liam announced to us. He excused himself to meet with Alexia which was okay.
