Some blood work was done and she was told to wait for the result. They said it would take a few hours. Quinn left the ward and came back a few minutes later. She stuffed a pregnancy test in Aurelia's hand and rushed her towards the bathroom.
"They already took the blood -"
"Are you going to wait for the result. This is faster!"
Aurelia gripped the packet and went inside. She didn't know what to feel. All she knew was that her heart was held in a tight gold as it started beating very very fast.
After a few minutes, Aurelia opened the door. Quinn pushed herself away from the wall and raised an eyebrow.
"The test is there. I haven't looked."
Quinn went past her and took a look at the test.
"It's positive."
