Alex faced Aurelia and thought about it. Although it looked like so, Aurelia knew it was not intentional. They did have more than one meal a day together but that was also normal on an occasional basis. Aurelia was not vain enough to think it was because of her.
"I think it's true! Aureli is nice." Stella took Aurelia's side as she declared with both chopsticks held crookedly in the air.
"Eat properly!" Her father put her raised hand down and placed the chopsticks between her fingers as they should be.
Aurelia smiled at their interaction. It was the sweetness between a father and daughter that was bittersweet to her. It was a beautiful thing.
The discussion ended with that note and no one brought it up again. That night Aurelia took a shower first and decided to sleep in the corner
