“How are the preparations going on Mrs Parker,” Queen Sparrow enquired as the maids helped her dress up.
“Quiet well my Queen, the decorations will be ready by evening,” Mrs Parker replied as she monitored the maids.
“Good, this year I want the Palace to look its best for Christmas. We only have a week before the celebration can start…” Queen Sparrow said excitedly.
“Not to worry my Queen, the decorations in the palace will be the talk of the town,” Mrs Parker assured her and gestured the maids to leave.
“That would sound wonderful, I can’t wait to see the look on Lady Catherine’s face when she sees how beautiful our Palace looks,” Queen Sparrow got up and walked past her.
“I’m going to her villa today so don’t bother about preparing lunch for me,” she reminded her.
